Pot's great for cardio. It naturally ups your heart rate so you won't have to run as much in the gym, you can go right to lifting.

I get all off the bad trip like effects after a few hits off any joint, be it good shit or bad. As soon as I smoke it I convince myself im going to die and get a weird feeling like my head is being squashed
Not a hater though I abused it, played with fire and got burnt

Dunno about that sounds like a heart attack and lung cancer in one easy to manage package.

i would like to chime in myself, with my experience i have found the negatives to be..... stained the inside of my teeth and cottonmouth has caused some tooth decay (i brush and floss twice a day atleast) its expensive, every deal you have no idea what you will get, dealers wanting to meet in sketchy places, most dealers i come across are FUCKING STUPID WITH NOTHING TO SAY, it smells and gets me caught every few months by someone (not cops) thats anout it, everything else is GREAT ABOUT IT

Addiction - the biggest one for me. If I'm smoking weed, I smoke it all the time, morning, noon, afternoon, and at night (and that's at a bare minimum). So if I'm spending a weekend with my family, I feel like a crackhead carrying my stash in an airtight container, and a small concealable pipe around in my pocket, and finding some way to sneak a toke every few hours.
This. I can't stop smoking it. If I have I'll smoke it. And once I run out I seem to get cranky as shit. I love smoking joints and rolling a joint is the first thing I'll do when I wake up.
Money Addiction Depression Laziness Demotivation Get slow and sort of dumb
But I still think its fucking awesome

At least the dreams I get when I suddenly stop smoking from like 10 joints a day are totally worth the negative side effects.

Oh dude, I didn't have a dream I could remember from age 15 all the way up to 2006-07 when I stopped smoking weed.
It was very strange at first.

Did you enjoy it?
I fucking love those dreams. I would call them a psychedelic experience (at least the more intense ones).

Yeah weed is a trap... I think all of the anti weed commercials on TV are actually propaganda because the government wants us to smoke weed and make it seem like they don't.
It's great, sure, it feels awesome, but it's a trap. Too damn expensive, mentally addicting (and that's to everyone I've ever known that smokes it), and just all around doesn't last long enough to be worth the effort. There's so many better substances out there it makes me wonder why I still smoke pot every single day.
