Fentanyl seems to work the best by far, but the second best would be Demerol or even methadone. Methadone gets a bad rap because it is mainly used as an addiction maintenance drug, though it is also used for pain, more often than most people think.

I haven't tryed nearly enough of those.
But of the ones that I have tryed; 1)Morphine 2) Heroin.
In addition; I have tryed fentanyl, ultram, demeral, poppy, methadone, codiene, hydrocodone.
By the way aren't lortab, vicodin, and hydrocodone all the same thing?
Ultram though.... ultram is weird... I like it, but it gives me headaches and I definently feel off the next day.

Out of the various forms I've tried, I like Percodans or Percocets the best. I get a lot of euphoria from that stuff for some reason.

Fentanyl for sure. The suckers are great, but nothing beats the nod you get from busting open a Duragesic patch of Fetanyl and sucking on that (be careful).
Dilaudid is fucking awesome too. Hydromorphone is the same thing.
Used to love Oxycotnin 'til they changed the fucking formula and now you can't crush them.
Heroin (diacetylmorphine) makes me feel warm and fuzzy.
So those would be my four favorites.
BTW methodone isn't a true opiate. It was engineered by the Nazi's when their poppy supply was cut-off

Tramadol isn't an opiate, at best it could be consider an opioid (opiate like).

Toss up between tramadol and buprenorphine. This is only in terms of what I could ever afford.
If I had to pick one in terms of pleasure and could get it cheap, I'd say oxycodone. Although high doses of Tramadol are really quite something.
Hydrocodone is very nice too, but I think a step below oxy.
Codeine is weak but pleasant, and morphine is nice but makes me feel sick and fart like crazy. So honestly I give morphine a 
So final verdict? I'd say oxycodone. It's the most euphoric, the most capturing. What a feeling!

Uhh, that's kinda dumb to list the same drug 2 or more times...? Propoxyphene is Darvocet, Hydrocodone is Lortab, Lorcet, vicodin & Norco...so if my fave is lorcet, then my fav is vicodin too...the APAP content may vary, but the effect and chemical is the same...sorry for being an ass, I'm just a recovering opiate addict and If I know about anything, It's opiates!

NOW...for my favorite opiate....No goin thru and eliminating shit...it's Methadone hands down (as far as the high goes)...now Iv'e been stuck on 120 mgs of Methadone for the last 6 months due to me trying the whole methadone maintenance thing out..and honestly, It was always my fav opiate (cuz of how long its lasts), but when you get to the point I"m at, 120mg of methadone does nothing but make you a bit groggy...I cant get high on SHIT anymore, unless I take my methadone, and take a shitload of somethin strong right on top of it...IT SUCKS...But to a novice, beginning opiate user, It's the end all, be all to all opiates...Lasts 24 to 36 hours and dosn't take much at all...for a beginner 5 to 10mg is PLEANTY.

It has a morphinan backbone, and very slight opioid activity (about 100 times lower than hydrocodone).
Whether you want to consider it an opioid, that's up to you.

I would love to wax all philashophical about opiates, but ill save some 25c words. They are much like Cujo, when u first get them(him), there oh soo great and give you that warm fuzzy feelin. After routine use Cujo gets rabbies and you know the rest.

Heroin is an opioid. Oxycodone is an opioid. The only drugs that are considered opiates are the chemicals that occur naturally in the opium poppy.

500mg DXM has the same opioid activity as 5mg hydrocodone (another opioid, not opiate). 500mg is a very common dosage, and has a discernible opioid effect.

what heroin? ive always read that heroin and morphine are damn near the same thing. as soon as it hits the brain, it becomes morphine. heroin is just a compound that can allow more morphine to hit the brain at once. it is a synthetic opiate to some extent, but it hits the body as natural morphine.
yet it can be detected in certain drug screens as a distinct molecule from morphine.

We were talking about the differences between an opioid and an opiate. DXM is an opioid, but not an opiate, and some people where getting upset that it was mentioned, since it doesn't fit into the first category.
But if we're restricting ourselves to the first category, a lot of other chemicals are left out, like fentanyl, for example, which is an opioid, but not an opiate.

does dxm really have any opiate properties?
its been my understanding that dxm is made from opiates but i dont think it actually posseses any true opiate properties. it can help with opiate w/d to some degree but its more of an NDMA drug than anything. and the effects of these drugs can seem somewhat opiate like.

Yes, as I mentioned earlier, it has a morphinan back bone, and an opioid affinity that is about 100 times lower than hydrocodone. But since large DXM doses are taken, the low affinity is made up for. A 500mg dose of DXM has the same opioid effect as 5mg hydrocodone. 5mg hydrocodone does cause a noticeable, measurable opioid effect.
Its primary effect is not as an opioid though. It's as an SRI and SRA. The metabolite DXO's primary effect is as an NMDA antagonist.

I've only tried codeine, but if I did have to try an opiate, it would be straight opium or poppy tea. Everything else is nasty for me. Don't really like the opiate high.

No, morphine is an opiate, methadone and fentanyl are opioids. They both affect the opioid receptors in the same way, and the difference is purely semantics. But earlier, someone suggested that opioids should not be included in the thread. But if you don't want to include DXM on the grounds that it's an opioid, and not an opiate, you can't include methadone of fentanyl because they are also opioids, and not opiates.
I though this was already explained. Several times.
And if you'd like to exclude DXM on the grounds that it needs a larger dose than average opioids, then you need to exclude things like codeine, which also needs a fairly large dose.

Suboxone (buponorphine), methadone, phyntinal, and a few others especially all fall under that category. Been there done that I know WAY more about opiates and oids than I would care to I will not argue this further. (forgive any spelling mistakes)

I posted what I posted from personal experience of use of said drugs having access to said drugs and more. I was also close to a seasoned heroine junkie to deal with said scenarios, that was completely enabled by those who knew him. My statement is a bit broad but I stand by it though there may be some exceptions. I need not explain myself any further as stated above.

It's very untrue. There are agonists and antagonists of both opioid and opiate classes. The distinction is purely semantics, and is completely useless. They're the same thing, except one class is all chemicals that act on the opioid receptors, and the other class is only chemicals that act on the opioid receptors that are also derived from the poppy. All opiates are also opioids, but not all opioids are opiates.

Most definetely Hydromorphone. But it's a rare treat, I'll settle for poppy tea if I need a nod. But I use oxycodone most often as it's great mood enhancer, makes me so motivated to get shit done.

yea i stopped doing that awhile ago
in fact i've quit everything except for psychedelics (they have no wd, no overdose, no negative effects whatsoever) even quit smoking pot cuz it makes me dumb and lazy. cut out all the habits and filled them with hobbies/productive drug use
anyways of my 8 years of polydrug use i've been to the ER 5 times
1. alcohol
2. alcohol
3.adderal, kolonpin, dxm, morphine, ambien, alcohol ( 4 day coma)
4. dxm (vomitting, seizing)
5. alcohol
i don't really know what the moral of that story is. i guess that IV mix of benzo and opiate is dangerous but it really does matter on the person. drinking always threw me over.
oh yea and i've only done dxm once without going to the hospital.
tbh i only did all the brain damaging life threatening shit because of lack of access to the "true" psychedelics which i find to be the most amazing drugs in the world

It is one of my favourite benzodiazepines (I'm prescribed the 12 mg pills - 50 for €9.90, I use like 4 of them each day), together with Triazolam (Halcion) and Flunitrazepam (that I'm both also prescribed).
Bromazepam is very good for anxiety, and also great as a muscle relaxant. Also, the euphoria is just awesome. It doesn't make your mind as foggy as for instance Alprazolam, but it lasts longer (somewhere between Alprazolam and Diazepam). It's been taken of the market in most countries (like the U.K. for instance) because it has a rather high potential for abuse.
I used almost every benzo available in my country (Bromazepam, Triazolam, Flunitrazepam, Nitrazepam, Midazolam (another great benzo!), Diazepam, Clonazepam, Oxazepam, Lorazepam, Lormetazepam, Brotizolam (although that's technically not really a benzo - but it is awesome as well!),... I used them all for a period of over a month, and I've probably used more benzos than the ones I mentioned, but I can't remember any of them at the moment).
So I honestly think I can say that I'm a benzo veteran. But Bromazepam is really worth trying, one of the best that are out there in my opinion. Man, I love my MD.  Last week I asked him for Sonata aka Zaleplon (not a benzo, I know) and he prescribed it to me, but when I went to the pharmacist they told me Sonata has been taken of the market... 
You should try Triazolam and Flunitrazepam too, if you haven't already.

Temazepam isn't sold where I live (in Vlaanderen), unfortunately. I take opiates as well (OxyContin 80 mg, OxyNorm Instant 20 mg, and I've used MS Contin 100 mg and Paladon ER (Hydromorphone, I'm not sure about what the dose was - 8 mg I think) as well - all prescribed.
I usually make a list with all the medication I need before I go to my MD, and he then prescribes them to me. One time I asked for 10 boxes of 10 Flunitrazepam 1 MG pills, but instead he prescribed me 30 boxes (by mistake, I guess...). That's 300 pills! And since one box of 10 pills costs less then €1.5, that's a great deal, I would say.
I'm going to visit my MD on friday to get some more roofies and some other things. 10 boxes will do, I guess.

I have, and while going through cold turkey withdrawals is pure agony, I don't think they are the worst type of meds at all.
Opiates have a high therapeutic value, as well as an extremely recreational value.

Yeah Opiate withdrawl is hell..But they say Benzo withdrawl is worse..Ive suffered Opiate withdrawl numerous and I mean numerous times..However Ive only suffered severe benzo withdrawl once..and yeah it suckd!! But,I think that Methadone withdrawl is totally different than any other Opiate withdrawls because of the long half life of Methadone..another example would be Buprenorphine as well..

You aren't missing anything great by not having access to temazepam. It makes me really tired and kinda fucked up for a few hours the first 2 times i take it maybe, but then the tolerance just gets fucked and it's not even enjoyable anymore.

Man you read all the old pages in this thread? I feel bad deleting my post way back when on the first page... Let me come back from the crypt and say one of my favorite opiates is oxy... for it's effectiveness, availability, and therapeutic value.
However, I've had a couple friends fuck themselves over with it... smoking them and stealing shit to fund their addiction... dear hitler I can't imagine why anyone would smoke a pill. But I must sympathize, they were otherwise good people.
Sob story aside, oxy reigns supreme IME but I've never had the luxury of trying heroin. Hydro is a kind treat. Kratom is an honorable mention, but I don't believe it's technically an opiate. Papaver Somniferum elitists rest easy  .

Actually they were. Down here the pot smokers look down on the pill users and the pill users tend to smoke their pills yet they look down on IV users. I've recommended to many oxy smokers to at least snort their pills because smoking the other contents of their pill (not to mention aluminum foil) has unknown, likely hazardous effects... not one has actually contemplated this. One even threw up blood during his (family enforced) withdrawal but went right back on smoking oxys within a month or so. South florida is fucked. We need legal medical weed here desperately lest our youth degenerates further (but I realize that's wishful thinking, both the legal weed and the possibility it is a solution).

I agree wholeheartedly, it's very sad. Especially since most people have access to the internet and the rest simply need a library card.
About florida leading in illegal marijuana grows, that's very interesting, I haven't heard that before. A quick search brought up articles claiming it is the leader in "indoor marijuana cultivation" (time magazine) and the leader in "indoor marijuana grow busts (according to the DEA)". It's hard to tell if we're growing more weed or are just getting fucked around more by the police... from experience I'd guess the latter.
Anyways, weed should be legal in every state, I just believe with the rampant pill mills, oxy smoking, and the large amount of people (at least in the younger generation) accepting of weed, we should be on the top of the "list". Unfortunately our state is run by the fearful and brainwashed so I wouldn't bet my money on any positive change happening soon.

I've lived here for over 21 years and I have met only one cop who was somewhat respectable and nice to me. There are a few who stand out in my mind who have completely abused their authority on-duty, and a couple who have proven to be racist, ignorant scumbags off-duty. I can't speak for the whole police force down here, I assume... hope... at least some are decent human beings who care about actually protecting people but so far I have only experienced egotistical assholes.

Indeed, I'm very lucky with my M.D. Yesterday I went to see him again, and he gave 4 prescriptions for OxyContin 80 mg (30 pills each), 3 for OxyNorm Instant 20 mg -the European version of OxyCodone- (28 pills each). He also gave me 2 prescriptions for Bromazepam 12 mg (50 pills each) and 5 prescriptions for Flunitrazepam 1 mg (10 pills each).
I wanted 10 boxes of Flunitrazepam, but I accidentally wrote 5 boxes instead of 10 on my list. I noticed this when I was already back at home, so that sucks a little. Fortunately, I have some prescriptions for Halcion lying around.
Where I live, a doctors visit costs about € 24 - € 30 (I payed € 26.5), but thanks to our beautiful healthcare system you can get like 75% of the cost of your consultation paid back to you, so in reality a visit t the doctor costs about € 7, which isn't that much.
I don't know how doctor visits are done (and cost) in the U.S., I guess the prescriptions aren't handwritten either. Sometimes I even ask my doctor to mail me some scripts, and he makes no problem of it - free of charge!
Oh, and all my OxyContin is old formula. The OP's aren't even on the market in my country (and I think this applies for the rest of Europe as well) as of yet. I hope they never change the original OxyContin tablets for the OP's here in Europe!
I'm really glad I live in Europe. However, it sucks that Oxymorphone isn't sold here (yet)...
P.S.: Does anyone knows of some benzodiazepines that you consider really worth trying? That way I'll ask a few scripts for them the next time I visit my doctor (probably within a month or so), if I haven't tried them already.

see thats the thing man..Here in the US I pay $75 USD of course which would be approximately like 90-100 Euros if Im not mistaken..Anyways,Yeah I pay 75usd for my dr visit and thats once a month..But I get #120 Methadone 10mg/#120 Soma 350mg/#30 Temazepam 30mg..And all of those medicines come up to a total of about 55usd..So not too bad really..
But in your case..With getting reinburstmants and such,man that sounds too good to be true dude!! Seriously man..
Im jealous of all the Benzos you get bro..lol
And as for a benzo that you could ask for..I think you have tried and have in your possession just about any benzodiazepine available..seriously man

I haven't tried Etizolam and Phenazepam yet. I'm curious about Etizolam though, but in my opinion they cost way to much, For 100 Etizolam 2 mg pellets I can buy approximately 750 Flunitrazepam 1 mg tablets, if you get my point. However, that doesn't change the fact that I'm curious to try them, so I probably will order some Etizolam in the future.
Phenazepam is another story. I haven't tried it yet, and I'm not really planning to do so either. I've heard quite a lot of horror stories about it (mostly where due to its long half life).
Are there other Benzodiazepine Research Chemicals apart from those two? And if so, which ones? I'm always open to new chemicals (especially Benzodiazepines and opiates - If you know of some good opiate RC's... I'm very interested).
Also, how does Methadone compare to -let's say- OxyContin? Some say it's great, others say it's a crappy high. I haven't tried it myself, so I wouldn't know.
I'm also very interested in trying Soma one day... How would you describe the high? Doesn't it also potentiates opiates?

Soma most definitely increases the effects of Opiates/Opioids..The Soma high itself is just like being drunk..or being "Under the Influence" anyways..In another words it makes you feel as if you have been drinking..Pretty nice actually..And total loss of muscle pain in my experience..Also You might find this interesting,Cariosoprodol(Soma) metabolizes into an active metabolite Meprobamate,a tranquilizer..Quite nice!!
As for the Methadone high..I prefer it over any other Opiate really because of the long half life..Ive been taking methadone now for about 8 years for pain..Now dont get me wrong I wouldnt mind doing an occassional Opiate to get High High..Like heroin,Opana,Oxycontin..etc etc..but as far as day to day,Ill stick to my Methadone
Hope I could answer some questions for ya mate..

Thanks for answering my questions! I didn't know that a Methadone high was so different compared to other opiates.
As for the Flunitrazepam, where I live (in Belgium) they only sell the 1 mg pills since the 2 mg pills were taken off the market. They sell both a generic version and the brand name (Rohypnol) pills, but I always ask for the generic version. The price of the generic Flunitrazepam is lower, and for some reason most doctors here are more likely to sell the generic Flunitrazepam (my guess is that this has to do with the negative connotation of the name 'Rohypnol'). In addition to that, Flunitrazepam is only sold here in boxes of 10 pills.
Oxymorphone (Opana) and Hydrocodone aren't on the market where I live either. I don't know why, and I'm curious if they are planning on bringing them on the market in the future. I sincerely hope they will, because I've heard some great stories about Opana.
I'm also extremely curious about any opiate/opioid RC's that one could obtain. I know there are some, but since new RC's are being developed every day it's hard to keep up with them. Maybe a topic about opiate/opioid RC's with a list that gets updated every so often would be great...

Yeah..Hopefully..Although Opiates can be VERY addicting my man..I know you are aware of the dependance factor because you take benzos on the regular but I wouldnt be doing the right thing imo if I didnt say something,ya know
Well...Now that I think about it,you get Oxycontin anyways dont ya..I remember reading about that earlier in the thread..
And as for the Methadone high..Man its similar to other opiates as far as the high is concerned man,it just lasts wayyy longer..thats my

I'm fully aware of the addictive properties of opiates, trust me.
As for opiate RC's, I know there are many out there - some aren't too hard to get, others are extremely hard to get your hands on. Some of them have very dangerous dosages as well. They are not toys to play around with, especially if one doesn't have a tolerance to opiates and/or doesn't use the right equipment (like scales).

It's too potent.
I very strongly advise you to stay away from a chemical like that. W-18 is 10,000 times as strong as morphine... The possibility of overdosing is just too great, even if you use a scale and have an antagonist like Naloxone at hand. Just touching or inhaling the amount of 5 grains of salt would probably put you six feet under.
If you would order an opiate/opioid Research Chemical, choose one that's far less potent. Also, stronger doesn't equal better as far as chemicals go. Especially with such compounds.
You should check out some of the links I provided, they contain reports of people that have actually tried some of the chemicals I listed.

With an accurate scale and good safety measurements, I do think it is safe (but you have to be extremely careful). Maybe you could make a solution or put it on blotters for safe dosing, but then you'll have to find out in what fluid it is soluble. Opioid blotters would be very cool though.
Are you actually thinking of ordering some? If so, by all means keep me posted! I'm very interested in opiate/opioid Research Chemicals. 
Are there reports of people that have used C-8813, by the way? If not, you would be the guinea pig (which isn't a good thing) for this substance. Personally, I should start with a chemical compound that's already used by actual humans.

Apparently, MT-45 is comparable to Morphine in terms of strength. However, I have never heard of anyone actually ingesting this drug.
