wrong habitat. you need to be looking in open pasture land grazed by animals such as sheep.

Good trip?
Yep! My first load of nipples seemed far nicer wet and not dried! The come-up was pretty relaxed with only a bit of uneasiness. Peak was strong and featured my room breaking down into layers before a brief visit to the centre of the earth The comedown was very euphoric and enlightening. Taken alone in my bed in the dark, late at night.
Found some more today so I will probably go camping with some mates next week and introduce some of them to shrooms
The weather is still very wet, which is good but it's probably still a tad to warm for loads to spawn everywhere.
Do earlier starts to the season normally mean more or less shrooms come October, which IME is the main month? Or does it depend entirely on the weather in October?
Cheers!

Sounds fascinating. I always appreciate trips like the the one you've described, it feels like a learning curve so to speak.
I'm wondering the same thing to be honest, does the early start predict early finish? Or the oppoiste, a great season with loads all round?
Hmmm, I think we'll have to wait and see!

they will keep fruiting until the first frosts arrive... if there were any danger of an early start to the season leading to an early finish i would be out raping all ya fields by now

There has been loads of rain recently, and it's being fairly chilly. My stash was running a bit low so I went out to day and found hundreds of very large libs in my normal spot, far more than I had need of and picked in about half an hour
