 How do I extract mescaline from San Pedro juice?

A few days ago my brother and I did a crude mescaline extraction from about a foot long length of San Pedro, yielding around a litre of watered down, foul-tasting juice, of which approximately 400 ml is now left. The trip was mild but very cool, a sort of ancient moving ocean of enhanced perceptions and depth of feeling- watching the sunrise just after the peak was a very beautiful experience. Im looking forward to a second experience, but what Im not looking forward to is ingesting the incredibly bitter juice again, especially since I would want to drink it faster this time around.
Is it worth my while to do a more thorough extraction on the remaining 400 mls of juice? How much work am I in for and can this be achieved with easy to obtain chemicals and equipment?

I would drink it. I stick to extractions when there are large amounts and some of the goods can be afford to be lost. In your case, since you only used a foot long, and drank some of it already, there is not enough goodies to extract.

Why dont you just evaporate it down, scrape it up and gelcap?
using extracts tends to ruin the san pedro exp imho

200ml is not much to take rectally and none of the alkaloids are going to get broken down by the stomach acids.

So just a simple thing? Light heat, put it on the stove for a while and scrape out what's left? This sounds like the easiest thing to do.

rectal is an OK way to go.... good absorption and youll take a nice shit afterward LOL. i rectally took MDMA when eating them stopped working

Just an update. We boiled the remaining 400 mls down slowly until we were left with about a teaspoon of thick sticky material that resembled molasses. It was a bit hard to get it into the gelcaps, but we got there in the end. Will take em sometime in the next few days and report on the trip and how this method worked in general.
