Humanfly - II (2008)

No metal by any means but I think the sound may fit the ears of this thread.

Fossil - Insônia (2008)
In short, Fossil is an instrumental post-rock band from Brazil that plays long repetitive guitars riff over a certain pattern. Layers upon layers Fossil keep knocking it out accompanied by a dark base on the side line together with some awesome and serious beating of the drums. Music made to be listened over and over again and over again.
Enjoy.
oh yeah i nearly forgot.. SirensSound.blogspot.com is the keyword.

Hella - Devil Isn't Red - http://www.sendspace.com/file/hq7bsf Hella - Hold Your Horse Is - http://www.mediafire.com/?dtv90zwf9lm Hella - There's no 666 In Outer Space - http://www.sendspace.com/file/spoxqh Hella - Total Bugs Bunny on Wild Bass - http://www.mediafire.com/?7jz3trdx05w
I think someone mentioned Hella but I had them confused with the band Hellyeah.
I've actually listened to over 1,000 albums in the past year.

Rapidshare is strange. The download is working here. Check again. If there's still a problem, I'll upload the album myself.

Everyone check out Octopus - Coda. Pretty interesting little EP, mostly instrumental prog metal. Straight-forward sound but complex and intricate, quite listenable.

Hoping to give the above album a listen tonight! Here's the latest noise I've come across.

Exxasens - Polaris (2008)
Not having a defined music style is certainly the main appeal of EXXASENS proposal. The EXXASENS universe is full of sound landscapes which take the listener to a rich world of beautiful and powerful melodies.
This could be the homeland of post-rock bands such as Mogwai or Explosions in the Sky, a place full of nice melodies with strong guitar atmospheres. EXXASENS style tries to go beyond by introducing progressive metal and nu-metal influences. Call it post-metal, whatever. I call it good.
