i won't vote in this poll. to me mind and body health are yin and yang. both are equally important, and essentially coexistent.

Well I was assuming it would be either, take 100% great phsyical health or take 100% good mental health. I figured without proper mental health, you would be going crazy or not know how to run your body anyways. Be in a mental institution.

Perhaps a 'mental breakdown' is not all 'break' or 'down'?? Lifting weights stresses muscles to the point where they break down and rebuild. This pattern of adaptation is not exclusively available to only your muscle fibers is it??
