my mouse is clicking frantically...
seeking out a sight to see;
distraction from this tragedy.
Meticulous mythology...
or perhaps modern biology...
or better still, some comedy...
to distract from this idolatry.
Nervously... imperviously...
I'm reaching out so desperately.
In search of soothing sympathy.
So bored with this monotony.
Dichotomy of vanity
weighed out against tenacity.
My desperation... bursting seams...
Discgraced and displaced sanity.
