If they were feeding on you, you should see a doctor and get some anti-biotics. Was there blood when you squished em?

Cool, I was just at a conference last weekend hearing discussions about a Hopewell site in ohio. Bored the hell out of me, but the discussion of paleoethnobotanical material was interesting. I'm more of a Cultural Anthropologist with interest lying in economic systems and religion than an archaeologist. But I'm undergraduate, much time to go.

anthropology is interesting stuff but I like helping to rewrite the books. Digging is much work but I enjoy the discovery intensely!

yah, I am told I should attend a field school before I get out of here. Digging in the dirt does appeal to me some.

Oh! Give it a try you won't like the work or the paperwork but the thrill of discovery beats all!! Finding an artifact that no one has touched for thousands of years is incredible!
It's almost more fun than tripping.

When I was 12, I came home from playing in the woods, and was running in my front lawn.
I felt a sharp but small pain on my cock and my armpit.
I went inside, to discover I had been bitten once on my dick, twice on my balls, twice in one armpit and once in the other.
I had to get my parents to pull them all off
Little later I started to get swelling in my joints and a couple other problems.
Went in, got tested and popped positive for Lymes.  I had to take shitloads of pills every day for like 6 months or something, if I remember right.

Lyme's disease is not a prize at the bottom of a cereal box.

Edit- the one that was on my dick...  After it was pulled out, a bump swelled up there that remained for months.  Every time I jerked it, it would swell a little more and remain that way for hours.  I became convinced that the fuckers head was still inside me, feeding off my dick-blood.  Went away though.  Happened to my best friend too... sucks.

wow... you have idea what you're talking about. a long time family friend of ours who worked for the DNR (dept. of natural resources) got lyme disease. some days hell wake up and not be able to move or walk. extremely painful, plus it creates little boil type things on your face, and probably the rest of your body.

if you think that sounds fun, go run around naked in the woods.

I haven't messed with any in a few years, but I never had a good time with the E.

Way too much body fucked-up-ed-ness for me.

Just didn't agree with me.

And I'm not usually chemically sensitive either.
