Spawned 2 qts of texas WBS to 5 lbs of basic substrate.
Product was pretty fluffy, had some clumps which were hard to break up, but i think the worst thing about this product was the smell. Instead of a normal earthy smell, it smelled like someone had taken a fresh dump in the bag. Shouldn't be too much of a problem but it remains the only thing i haven't liked about the product so far.
2 days will have some pic updates of the spawn/poo colonization.

When our product is shipped it is COMPLETELY ODORLESS
this smell will develop if left in in a bag with no air allowed to it. It usually takes about 3 weeks (can be faster in hot temperatures)
Since you received your free sample we have upgraded to using filter patches ( to resolve this specific issue) on all orders and this smell will never develop if stored in a cool draft free place.
You still shouldn't see any problems.

That's fine, keep in mind im commenting on my own experience. I realize you have amended the way you send out your product now. I was merely stating this is what i personally experienced when opening the product.

4/9 update
Checked on the tub yesterday, very very very little growth is going on. In fact, just a few pebble sized patches of white is showing. Also the sour smell which was present when the bag was opened is still noticeable.
IMO i have a bacterial contam and this grow is pretty much FUBAR. I'll be keeping the casing around for at least another week just to make sure but i've given up hope for it.
FYI, i DON'T blame this on WTS's product. It was my own fault for letting it sit so long and that may have been the cause of the problem. If their new filter patches fix this problem then there should be no worries for people storing bags of poo (IMO). I would like to point out I have stored pre-past'ed bags from tenn stud for months with no ill effects, however he used filter patches on his bag and a different process when past'ing the poo.
I'd like to extend my apologies to WTS for slacking on reviewing their product. Unfortunately i had some personal problems in my life which delayed the spawn run until this past week. Once my new jars have colonized i will most likely order another 5 lb bag of their product and do a side by side comparison of their to tenn stud's.

ooooooooooook.
So maybe i spoke too soon? Things seem to be moving along a bit better now. Still slow, but, i see more colonization. Smell is there but going away day by day, think i need to moisten the top layer of poo a bit because it seems just a tad dry.
Hopefully this isn't as FUBAR as i thought.
