i strain it myself, i use a tea strainer which you can get at your local cvs or somethin and it get you an unbelievable amount of kif from one 50 bag.

As much as I love kief, I like to keep all the trichomes on my weed to smoke, that's the best part! I use tweezers to pinch my bud.

ohhhh, my bad. i got no idea (my scale got thrown out) but if i were to guess it was about a gram prolly a little less... i actually just finished pressing it and turned it into hash, yummmmmm.
