never had a bad trip from mushrooms or lsd, but with mushrooms i always have a lingering thought that something terrible might happen. nothing bad has ever happened though so i just laugh it off and relate it to "the fear" in fear and loathing. while on acid once i thought i had bitten off a chunk of my tounge while eating, then i thought my tounge had completely fallen out lol. i made a trip report about that trip but this is to me thebest i can put it: i believed my tounge literally had gotten bitten off, then completely fell out and i never stopped smiling. if this happened to me while on mushrooms, it would have scared the hell out of me, and be difficult for a little until i established that it was just in my head. but i don't have bad trips on mush just difficult moments.
