Bright Eyes & Britt Daniel - Home Volume IV
This is a collaboration between Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes and Britt Daniel of Spoon. It's a really solid EP that more people need to hear, their respective sounds fuse perfectly on this album. Great folk/indie/rock album, check it out if you like Spoon, Bright Eyes, or good music.

Thank you to everyone for making this thread possible. Feeding my spiritual fire. Let's all be Sufis and spin forever. Peace.
-------------------- Jumped in a river, what did I see?
Black eyed angels swimming with me
Moon full of stars and astral cars, all the figures I used to see
All my lovers were there with me
All my past and all my futures
We went to heaven in a little rowboat
There was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt

Can I just say that this thread helped me through a very dark time in my life?
I had lost my entire music collection 10,000+ songs painstakingly and carefully built up over two years after I had lost my first collection. As I'm at uni, I didn't have any of my CDs with me to recreate my collection, so I turned to the Shroomery where this thread has helped me stay sane and given me a small but respectable body of new and exciting music.

Yeah those EPs are good too... the version of Staring at the Sun is sooo much better on Young Liars, even though all they changed is the intro, it's incredible.

Thanks for all the TV albums there Yrtlzmo. Are those three all EP's? And have you heard anything about a new album from them? I hope they colab with David Bowie again because Province was one of the best tracks on cookie mountain and his talent and influence could help their music evolve even farther.

No, the last two are the EPs, first is their LP. And unfortunately I haven't heard any news about their next CD.

He may in fact, be a literal bum, only able to make himself known to us here by occasionally stopping into dark internet cafes to make a few quick, frantic posts before the owners force him to leave because of the stench of rotting vegetables and desperation wafting forth from his pores.

Billy Bragg & Wilco - Mermaid Avenue Volum I & II
That's right both incredible albums of Billy Bragg & Wilco doing unrecorded Woody Guthrie songs.

Ironically, no. Lost what I had.
Here's twelve albums, though.

The Black Angels - Passover
Very awesome dark psychedelic rock with a hint of blues. I'm sure some of you will enjoy it, I know I do, this is the music I know I would listen to when going into a battle ha

That's pretty good stuff. Don't really like the vocals, much, though.
I vaguely remember seeing that cover when I used to frequent music blogs and meaning to DL but never did for some reason.
