sphagnum peat moss for casing

Hi im looking at getting some peat moss for casings but can only find sphagnum peat moss and is advertised for carnivorous plants ie venus fly traps but would this work as a casing layer mixed 50/50 with verm
its a light brown colour is this the same stuff please help :shrug:

As long as it is sphagnum PEAT moss not just sphagnum moss. They are not the same thing.

ok cool this does clearly state sphagnum peat moss and this would be the stuff im looking for then?
another type i found was irish peat moss but can only be purchased in 500ltr amounts and i dont think ill need that much some how !!
