    #7416821 - 09/16/07 04:43 PM (5 years, 8 months ago)

Okay, my first LC never took. My second try took but took a bit... I am trying to remember how long i have had this LC going on now and just realized that i have not thrown the LC into a fridge yet and i have been incubating for a couple weeks now and the ball is not getting beigger... its a nice size ball but would have liked it to bigger... i wonder if i messed up cause of the stall of growth or should i have thrown that jar into the fridge and it would have colonized more??? should i place the bottle into the fridge now or is it too late?

Your fine,I have had lc at room temp that has stopped growing and it still always works great,For longer storage the fridge is a better solution but I'm just its still fine and just stalled cause it already "Ate" all the nutes in the liquid

If you want to make sure It is still viable without wasting a ton of spawn to do so just make up another batch of lc and inoculate it with a syringe from this lc,if it starts growing again when there is more for it to "Eat" than you will know for sure that it didn't stall because anything was wrong with it,it simply ran out of nutes
