Mono Tub Help?

Okay I have read through Wronguy's Double Tub Tek and Ohmatics Mono Tub Tek and I am pretty confused.
Ohmatics Mono Tub tek wasnt that clear ... from my understanding he mixed his spawn with his substrate and then cased it before the substarte was even colonized???
In the double tub tek is states that you mix your spawn with your substarte and then wait for it to colonize 100% then apply the casing layer.
So the question is in a monotub tek do I wait for my spawn/substrate mix to colonize and then case it or do I case it right after I mix the spawn and substaret together?
Last question is how do you get second or third flushes out of mono tubs?

most people now a days including my self spawn then wait for the mycelium to become 100% colonized then add the casing layer wait a few more days patch then introduce fruiting conditions.
