 Day 21 after Inoculation, with pics

I've been growing a few cakes for a while now, its been 21 days after inoculation, i think they were fully colonized around maybe day 15-17ish range, have a look at them, im sort of waiting to see a sign to birth them, should i wait until they start to pin? The 2nd pic is a view from the bottom.
