These guys are pros. are you kidding me about them not taking breaks? Porn stars take many breaks to change camera positions ect. I doubt they would use desensitzers because then you can't come at all. They can make theirself come when they're told to like you give a dog commands.

20 minutes doesn't seem too long, but if it got to 45 minutes to an hour, that'd be long to me. Not sure if they use this method, but there's some method to have multiple orgasms where when you cum, it doesn't come out and you can keep going.
