F+ invitro poo bags, and monotubs

Ok, so my mexicube monotubs w/o a casing layer were a complete failure, fortunately, it was there to waste time while waiting for this bigger project.
3 invitro poobags per hydr0420's simple invitro poobag tek, and 3 monotubs adapted from ohmatics monotubs tek.
all are cry0's poo, from www.mycopath.com , the f+ was sent to me by a fellow shroomerite.
it's colonized rye grains from f+ LC, spawned to 50/50 pre past hpoo/straw.
i loosened the polyfil up, allowing proper air flow, on the monotubs, and once colonized, i will case with either pure vermiculite, or JiffyMix peat/verm/ph buffer.
im thinking straight verm.
anyhow
here's pics of colonizing stuffs:

nice go. soon the mycelium will flourish and you ll be all white in no time. if you ask me this is pretty dang safe to do it in bags. probably what ill do. make sure you get those tubs real cleans when you lay the mycelium down flat. and you can use wax paper to press them down or foil whichever works. Good Luck!

thanx man!
already an update holy shit! (sacred horse dung)
day 2 started of spawn run, the poo/straw is recolonizing quickly. already @ 40% recolonized on the poobags, the tubs not much further behind, in 24 hours, holy cripes, it's like 8am EST, and i put these in, like, the same time yesterday i guess. crazy.
I find F+ to be extremely rhyzomorphic, very ropey, very aggressive on mycopaths poobags . I am utterly impressed so far with F+'s ability to grow so quickly at roomtemp (as dung should be colonized).
The monotubs have a 5 inch deep sub level, the poobags, well, they r about 3-4, the norm, im shooting for super deep subs on the tubs, to recreate the massive yields i got from 6 inch deep subs using just rye grain. The mushrooms seemed to be MUCH larger using a deep sub. I mean MUCH LARGEEERRRR... heh...
enough drama...
Here's some pics:

okie doke...
full colonization..
bags are out to fruit.
casing layers going on later today for the tubs.
all myc is extremely ropey and rhyzo.
looks great.
this last one is a close shot thru the mycobag, on the invitro's, super super ropey.
5 days to colonize grain, 5 days of spawn run, casing layer on today, project 3 days for those to colonize, i'll update again once fruiting starts.

ok i haven't updated with pics in a bit, but the poobags are pinning, and the tubs are starting, it's too difficult to see it using my shitty cell cam, but in a few days everything will be big enough to see.

so here is some new pics.
the bags are a LOT less substrate , so naturally they have started first. The first tub out of incubation is now fruiting . the other two are shortly behind.
Today, I am setting up some large tubs of rye spawned to coir/verm/malt/dex.
we'll see how that goes,
still, no sign of caps opening anytime soon on the tubs, and they r getting hugemonsterous.

Yah, Damn YOU CRY0 FOR SELLING ME POO THAT MAKES SUCH BIG SHROOMZ.
You should be banned for selling super poo dude...
just kidding, im back in my homestate, screw that other place. I'm gonna make up an order for more.
the pics i take tomorrow, you'll see how big they are, i think most are reaching about 9 inches with no veil tearing yet. Insanity. Whatever you're doing with the poo, keep doing it brother.
got the verm for 15 bux, and got bored and modified an ozarka jug for 3 pftek style organic rye flour / quinoa flour cakes. Once the cakes are done i'll be turning this into a "tub" also.
so i scored a big ass 50 dollar bag of medium fine verm, and a 23qt pressure cooker for 20 bux, and getting 50lb bags of rye berry, certified organic, for 32 bux. Shroom gods r blessing me today.

harvest no wet weight, i'll take dry weight. This is only the bags. The tubs were 3 or 4 days behind. I'll focus on their progress as they are now pinning, and seem to have an iffy first flush.
second will prbly be ok.
