There are a TON of complete morons on the board who think they can just say whatever the fuck they want before 50 posts now. In the last 3 days I've seen at least 5 total dick heads bithcing and moaning about something, but all we can do is ignore them.
I know ratings don't count in real life, but it's all we've got here for feedback, and I don't think being new can justify being immune from getting called a Fag Bag.

I agree it might be helpful. Maybe the problem is that some of these morons don't know about the ratings? When I registered I had no clue about the rating system, how it worked, etc - all of this I had to figure out with my own smart-ness 
seriously though - a quick tutorial for newly registered users on the rating system and how it benefits the community might help towards the newbs being more accountable for their words.

I dislike seeing noobs on the site that deserve to be rated but aren't,, to rate them or not is a freedom of opinion..
The reasons new users can't rate is to protect us regs from puppets.. If there's a puppet roaming the boards i'd like to know about it when i see em..
I can't see how this works both ways..
Even if someone gets a bad rating at start,, if they're ok it's really not a problem.

I think people should be known for being a piece of shit after their first post.
That is, if they deserve it. Which, in most puppet cases, deserve is better off served cold.
