 Psilocybe cubensis Un ID Florida strain / F+ strain

hi....guys
This is the Un Id Floriduh strain that pleezr and I got from Joshua.
Started with an Agar wedge into a Quart jar of Rye Grain.
The substrate is Rye Grain spawned into horse poo.
1/2 a Quart jar to 3" or 4" of horse poo.....colonized in the incubator.
This stuff is very aggressive!!!!
Notice how pure white the mycelium is....its like snow.
I got my new Digital Camera!!!!

Kickass Road! Dude just harvested a monster which turned out to be 6g dry!! . Those babies get huge!! Yeah the strain is very agressive. Carefull of overlay with this strain Road, I would recomend you put it in the fruiting chamber soon after casing.

Shock it in the fridge. I find that really helps for an even pinset.

Wow im really glad these suckers turned out so well......when I got them from my bud in FL he kept stressing how huge they got/how well they colonize!......so yea guess he was right, eh?

Floriduh White update :
I had workers working on my house all last week.....and had to move my whole grow room....it sucked!!!
All my casings were kept in incubators during this......crap.
So these were put into the fruiting chamber Friday around noon.
All this growth is from Friday.....pin set to fruiting.
My 2 poo casings are going gang busters!!!
I should have took pictures yesterday.....then were small pins.
Very fast growth!!!
These were not given a top casing layer!
They will get a top casing layer for the 2nd flush.
DazedSol... I'd like you to thank your friend for finding these!!!
These are truely amazing!!!

when i am working with poo road,i just mix my spawn with my bottom layer-let it take over and fruit-sometimes i add a light layer after spawning,but usually no-i ALWAYS add a verm layer after 1st flush
helps keep the moisture up in the casing
i cant wait to get this strain from joshua-i was hoping to return from vacation to find them in the mail-but nope-guess memorial day screwed the mail a little

Actually bro I have weird sleeping patterns.
I sleep during the morning for 4 or 5 hours.

The overlay is..., well I'm speachless. The fruits look beautiful too. Great color and size. I'm refering to this strain as Tropical Snow Caps for now.Out of respect for the overlay, and the native region in which it was found. I think that the name should envoke curiousity as well as hint towards it's origen. Like Pink Buffalo.

well i guess im a newbie, so i must be saying something ridiculous, but i would assume that an unidentified mushrooms could have the potential to be poisonous right?
i live in fl, and i see mushrooms growing all the time, and i know they are bad, i see ducks eating them and i dont see the ducks anymore heheh,
but hey, i could be wrong, im just guesing

Definatly look like a cubie strain. I wouldn't worry about them being posionus... Then again I know it would freak me out if I were tripping on them and I didn't know for sure; I've had some bad trips that way. I've actually grown an stain that looked amazingly simialar to what you have there... with the dark to lightly colored pinkish/purpleish caps. It was a South American/U.S. Southeast Hybrid. Very Prolific fruiters but lacked in potency. Let me know how things go.

this really has nothing to do with overlay...
you can fruit off fully colonized horse poo without a casing layer.
I usually get larger fruits when I dont use a casing layer with horse poo.

do you mean spawn with PF cakes ?
yes you can spawn horse poo with PF style cakes.
works really good too.
I suggest using a food processor to break the cakes up into very small peices.
then spawn.....you have alot more points of inoculation with the mycelium to the poo.
but don't over do using the food processor.....you will end up with a putty.
I know this by my mistake. 
or you can use a cheese grater or your clean hands to break the cakes up.

the prints were very dark and large.
the total dry weight on the first flush off both casings were 59 grams.

I just added this to the Archives today...
This Un Id strain from Florida ended up being named the F+
It was grown off horse poo without a casing layer.
