 UPDATE I WENT TO HOSPITAL

Ok so I work pretty rough, landscaping from 8am to 5pm, our lift to our 3ton trailer broke and I had to scoop out a ton and a half of compost in like 40 minutes in the hot sun.
After work yesterday I felt very dizzy, and on my hour ride home I was becoming very delusional. I ended up stumbling into my room only to black out after just getting through the door. My girlfriend woke me up probably after 5-7 mins of being passed out, when she arrived home, she said I was pale and shaking but I dont remember anything up until getting out of the shower. The Whole rest of this time ive had really bad nausea, and this rock hard lump under my ribcage on my leftside it hurts with shooting pains and when i barely even press it i wanna barf. My stomach keeps getting this burning feeling, and I feel the urge to burp alot (although nothing comes out?)
I am going to miss out on work until I can get a doctor to fix shit, and I have no idea whats going on.
Does this sound like a hernia? or a swollen appendix or something?

Appendix is on your lower right side, so I don't think that's it.
You may have an intestinal blockage and, if this is the case, you need to seek medical attention immediately. It can and will kill you if you don't get it fixed up promptly.
Actually, even if that isn't what it is...you should seek immediate medical attention. Abdominal pain can be a sign of quite a few bad things. In fact any abdominal pain that lasts longer than 24 hours should be considered extremely serious!
Get to a doctor, man!!!!

Appendix is lower right abdomen. But if you have been shitting regularly then it is most likely not the appendix. The paleness / nasea is most likely heat stroke perhaps? as for the lump, I have no intellegent guess on that one.
Hope you are alright man. I had the same thing a while back, turned out to be a inflamed lymph node. I had come down with some food poisening and the puking did some damage on my insides.

yeah I got an appointment tomorrow at 2pm, thats the best I can do. thanks for the info guys.
I actualy think your right trendal, ive been pooping poorly, and its very thin.

went to the ER tonight at 8:30, when I walked out to get some water and blacked out to this pulsing pain in my stomach that took me to the floor. I barely got myself outside into a car cause i was dizzy and wek and blacking out
they did ultrascan and hooked me up to machines and took blood tests, and this is what they told me
"We checked your blood tests and found that there is an enzyme in your liver that is abnormal. We also checked your gall bladder and found that its not functioning properly."
Supposedly the pusling pains I felt when I was blacking out was my gall bladder trying to push out this really thick honey-like fluid. The doctor said it wasnt doing a proper job of excreting the bile.
they gave me some antispasmodics so it wont contract like that, belladonna with phenobarbital.
damn fuckers are gonna charge me 80 wallets. son of a...
thanks for the info guys, alot of what you said trendal made alot of sense, and if I hadnt told the doctor a few things you made me realize, ide probably still be there. thanks everyone.
