Easy Ass Recipes for Stoners
    #5777199 - 06/21/06 05:04 PM (17 years, 8 months ago)

I love cooking in general, especially stoned. The only difference is when stoned, it needs to be 3 things: fast, simple, and delicious.

For breakfast:

EASY CHEESY SALSA EGGS
Ingredients:
Eggs (atleast 4)
Cheese (any shredded Kraft cheese, I like the Mexican bag for this)
Salsa (any salsa is good, homemade would be the best but as for jarred shit, I go for the Tostitos Restaurant Style)
Hot Sauce (if you like)

Grease/butter/Pam the frying pan and let it get warm.
Break eggs into pan and scramble immediately.
As the GOO becomes more solid, keep stirring then add a FAT pinch of cheese.
Once the eggs are ALMOST done, give it a good spoon or two of salsa.
The consistency may turn a little runny from the salsa juice, so I always try to just get the chunks
Continue to stir/scramble til ready to eat

I eat this with 2 bagels and a shitload of cream cheese.
Add hot sauce, doesn't have to be hot just a good flavor,
then saltnpepper to taste.

Its ESPECIALLY good after a fat bowl of dank while still in bed

Thats not what this thread is about, as bud butter is very easy to make.

Heres a dessert one I made last night:

CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH BARS
Ingredients:
1 box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch (the regular stuff, the regular box)
1 cup of peanut butter (Skippy, Jiffy, or organic, I used a little of both actually)
1/4 cup of Karo corn syrup (the one with vanilla extract is fine too)
1 pint of Haagen Daas (sp?) vanilla ice cream

Take a large bowl and dump in the box of cereal.
Add the peanut butter (obviously) and with a large wooden spoon, start crunching and crushing the cereal while you mix it with the peanut butter.
I don't know if it was a cup of PB but it was probably around that, if you need more then add more
Add the corn syrup and keep mixing and crushing until everything is the same. I might have added a little more corn syrup than 1/4 cup, maybe 1/3. Just dont over do it
The cereal doesnt need to be crushed completely but it helps to break it down a little bit.
Take a good sized glass pan, like the rectangle Pyrex baking thing and dump the mixture into it.
Firmly press the cereal all over the bottom so it covers the whole bottom and is a nice thick layer. Make sure its even too
Take the ice cream, if its rock hard you can microwave it for 15 seconds, and dump it all onto the ice cream layer
Basically just do the same thing with the ice cream, using your hands just smash it and apply it all over the cereal layer and make sure its nice and even.
Once done, throw it in the freezer for about an hour then its ready to be cut and eaten
Store it in the freezer too so the shit doesnt melt

Spicy Tuna Roll....that looks and sounds delicious! Im NOT a big fan of cooking while baked, but this seems like it would be really fun to mess with.

I'm more of a buffet guy. Some of the Casinos around here have the most amazing buffets you'll ever run across in your life.

All the crunch bars need are a few resses pieces in there.... :bandana:

Cool man I'm glad you enjoyed it

I havent added another recipe in a good week so here it is, another breakfast one but I love breakfast after a long night of drinking and smoking

CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST
Ingredients:
Eggs (like 3 or 4 but 2 will work fine)
Sliced bread (white, french, any kind even wheat, thicker is better)
Cinnamon sugar (you probably have it in the cupboard or in the spice rack)
Powdered sugar (if you have it, a little is good too)
Maple syrup (duhh, try to get the good shit, not the chemical shit Aunt Jemima or whatever it is)

Well since many of my friends didnt even know how to make french toast I had to show them. Probably one of the easiest things to make in the morning and it is delicious. Wisk the eggs in a bowl just like you would if you were making scrambled eggs. Once blended, throw in a good pinch or two of cinammon sugar. Stir. Get your pan nice and warm with some butter in it too and start dipping and coating your bread with the egg. Once nice and wet gently lay it down onto the hot pan. The toast will be done once the egg on it has cooked and it has reached that nice golden color. Don't forget to flip  :smirk:

This breakfast is GREAT with a banana and a couple of strawberries. I love fresh fruit especially in the morning. Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and you are ready to add syrup and enjoy

I like to mix up my french toast batter in the blender & throw in a ripe banana or two (depending on how much bread I'm battering.) MMMM...

Also, cinnamon raisin bread is great for making french toast. It is so sweet, you don't really need syrup on it.

Oatman's Cheepo Receipe to live:
ramen noodles without the pan to clean up.

Crunch up ramen inside packaging, into little bits.
Add about 2 cups of water.
microwave for 3 min.
let sit for 1 min.
add bulyon crap... eat. Just as good as the real thing!

Only thing to clean up is a bowl

A friend of mine taught me to make Crostinis--They're easy enough and amazing for munchy food.

Ingredients-
a skinny french bread baget (or the big ones--can also be a sandwich!)
Extra virgin olive oil
garlic clove (or garlic powder--NOT SALT!--I haven't tried that)
one or two packs of your favorite roast beef lunch meat
1 jar of roasted red peppers
shredded motzarella(sp?) cheese

Directions:

Cut bread up into slices, thin, but thick enough. Lay out on baking sheet, toast in the oven set high enough to toast bread... I usually go with 450. Don't toast completely, take out before it browns.

Crush garlic into enough olive oil to coat bread--it gets strong, taste to pleasure. If using real garlic, one section of a clove is all you'll need. If its too strong, add more oil.

Spoon/brush onto bread.

Tear up pieces of roast beef and *pile* onto bread.

Put roast red pepper into pile of roast beef on bread.

Cover with sprinkled motz. cheese.

put back in the oven to melt cheese and toast bread to desired level.

Take out and enjoy!!

It's hot, steamy, and fucking amazing. Watch for bad breath.

SPICY TUNA SANDWICH

1 can of tuna
Mayonnaise
Sweet relish from the jar
Celery salt
Salt and pepper
Tobasco or any other hot sauce
Bread, white is awesome so are hamburger buns

Over a sink, open the tuna can so a piece of the metal is opened. Press the metal top into the tuna and drain it as good as you can, press hard. Put the tuna in a bowl and kind of shred it with a fork, it makes it easier to mix with mayo. Add enough mayo so its creamy or to your preference. Add a small pinch of salt, small pinch of pepper, and a dash of celery salt. I love relish and the sweet crunch of it so I put a full spoon into. Then kick it up with some  Tobasco or any hot sauce you have, doesnt have to be hot just tastes good.
Stir everything together and add it to the bread.
Wash down with milk

If you guys have the will to make People Chow before hand then it's amazing stoner food. Just don't eat it with dark clothes on.

1 (12 oz.) box Crispix cereal
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
2 to 3 c. powdered sugar

Microwave on HIGH the butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and stir until the cereal is thoroughly covered. Pour the coated cereal in a paper sack with the powdered sugar and shake until it is covered with the sugar. Pour this onto wax paper to cool and dry. Seal in plastic containers and may be stored in the refrigerator until time to serve.

Serves size: 1/2 cup.

Makes 16 cups.

Acinaxuz, I've been thinking about creating that monster of a sandwhich for a few days now  I'd love to keep it as one big sandwhich though, mmmmmm. Toss a bunch of lettuce and tomatoes on there. Oh yeah.

Anywho, I made a killer PB & J yesterday. Took a normal pb and j, added honey and sliced bananas. Then all you do is pan fry it to get everything nice and melted.

it's crazy good as a sandwich, though, I'm not sure how the lettuce and tomato will go. I've never tried it, but the roast red peppers lend to the tomato texture. I say try it... if its yummy, let me know, I'll get down on that shit too! ...Speaking of, I need to go to the grocery store to snag some roast beef.

Haven't updated in a while

heres one I've been making for the past 2 weeks almost

EASY CHEESY QUESADILLAS
2 tortillas
shredded mexican cheese, Kraft works great
pre-cooked chicken, Perdue or any of that cheap shit
condiments: salsa, sour cream, guacamole, hot sauce

Just like at taco bell, that special tortilla thing with the cheese in between. Start off by taking one tortilla and pouring a bunch of cheese on it. Spread the cheese out. Put the other tortilla over it and microwave this for 15-20 seconds. Put a large pan on the stove and let it get hot with some butter on it. Microwave the chicken for 15-20 seconds too, make sure its chopped first. Put the tortillas on the pan and add a shitload of more cheese to it then the chicken. Let this sit for a little bit, keep checking on the color of the tortilla with a fork. Once it starts getting gold, you can fold it in half. I always add a little more cheese before I fold it, just so it sticks. Let it sit on one side for a minute or two, then flip it. You'll know when its done.

Add condiments:

enjoy

If you're bold and brave of heart, then I recommend you try using pure maple syrup on your quesadillas at least once instead of salsa. Both are good, but maple syrup is a totally different experience. Sticky, sweet and delicious.

Take the mashed potatos, but it in a big bowl...toss the ground beef on top. Finish it off by putting grilled oninons on top of that and top that shit with melted cheese.

For more of a kick, add the chicken flavouring packet to the mashed potatos first. Mmmm.

Fry Bread

This is a tasty, and inexpensive native american recipe that you can eat plain, or add a plethora of condiments to (ex. butter + honey). Think crispy, doughy, stove top biscuits.

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 c milk mixed with 3/4 c water

Butter/oil/fat for frying

Mix your dry ingredients together, and move to one side of a mixing bowl. Pour your liquids on the other side (don't stir while adding liquid, this will give you hard dough). Mix together with a spoon until just completely mixed, and then start folding and kneading a little.

The dough should be slightly sticky, soft, and elastic (almost like pizza dough). If you need to add more flour, do it slowly while folding. Let the dough sit for 30 minutes or so with a damp towel over the bowl.

Pull off golf ball sized pieces of dough (lightly flour surface as necessary), poke a hole in the center and pat down until about 1/4 in thick or so. Place a few of these on a pan (preferably a heavy skillet) with just enough butter/oil/fat to coat the bottom of the pan over medium high heat. Cook until golden brown, and enjoy.

They're damn filling too, that recipe should feed 3 people easily.  If you want to reuse the dough later, coat it with a tiny bit of olive oil, seran wrap it and put it in the fridge.

Check this out!!

BAMBOOZLE NOODLES -

1 small can of Tomato Paste (not Sauce)
1-2 fresh tomatoes
3 pieces of garlic
small onion
Honey
Spices(oregano, Basil, cumin)
Meats(choose any meats, also works with Tofu or TVP)
Veggies(choose yer faves, My best results are with Mushies and Spinich)
water/vinegar

Prepare your favorite pasta, strain and set aside covered.

In a sauce pan cook your meat, add Garlic, Onion, Mushrooms and other veggies. Stir in Tomato Paste add honey to taste.. add small splashes of water or vinegar to keep it moist. Add your pasta and stir it all together.

I can whip this together in under 15 minutes any day, Its amzing for a sauce that cooks as fast as Kraft Diner.... I have done it with JUST pasta, honey, and tomato paste and its still pretty good for ghetto.

This is something I like to cook often while stoned. It takes a bit of time, but it is well worth it.

butter a warm pan and add much hash browns as you want(the frozen kind you buy). Cook them until they are golden brown on each side, stirring and flipping about every 5 minutes. While the hash browns are going, in another pan, cook up some bacon. Once the hash browns are almost ready, add the bacon, but make sure it is crumbled up in to fairly small pieces.

In a bowl, beat some eggs then pour over the hash browns and bacon in the pan. Start scrambling the eggs after about 15 seconds and keep scrambling until done. Turn down the heat and sprinkle lots of cheese on the top. Salt and pepper, and serve.

Serve with buttered toast if you think you will have room for it.

Some variations, add finely diced onion, green, red, yellow pepper. Celery, etc.

Can add ketchup/hot sauce/salsa

From start to finish it takes about 40 minutes(mostly the hash browns cooking), but it is worth it. It is fairly cheap, somewhat healthy, and delicious. I eat this at least once a week.

Serving sizes.
1 person, 1/3 bag of hash browns, 3 eggs, 4 slices of bacon

2 people, 2/3 bag, 6 eggs, 6 slices bacon etc.

Keep in mind, these a very big servings, as I eat a plate full of this stuff.

SpicyTuna, I've been making those scrambled salsa eggs and the cinnamon toast crunch bars ALOT the last couple weeks. They're sooo good.

I've been playing around with the crunch bars alot. I'm thinking of using melted caramel instead of peanut butter.

My favorite baked off my ass recipe is 'eggies in a basket' my grandma used to make it and I recently saw it n some movie too i think... its easy as hell. not all that great for you tho.

ingredients:
Room temperature butter (for the bread)
Cold butter (for the pan)
Salt (i prefer kosher salt)
Bread (i prefer wheat or multi grain breads)
an egg
a small cup or cookie cutter

1. heat and butter the pan

2. cut hole in bread with small glass or cookie cutter

3. butter both sides of the bread (after hole cut out)

4. salt the pan lighty, drop the bread in the pan

5. crack the egg and drop it into the hole in the bread

6. salt topside of bread lightly

When bottom is toasted golden brown,

7. flip

when toasted

8. flip again onto plate, place room temp. pat of butter on top and eat after it melts.

mine's a bit varieted from the traditional method but nothing special

:breakfast:

I have another addition. It's actually pretty common, but alot of people forget about.

I dunno what to call it, how about

Super salsa fun dip (so lame :blazed: )

Ingredients:
- tub of sour cream
- container of salsa
- package of shredded cheese (any flavor)
- any kind of flat cake pan

Spread a layer of sour cream on the bottome, then add a layer of salsa, finally the cheese on top.  Chill in the fridge for an hour or so. Eat with tortillas or your potato chip of choice.

As an alternitive, you can make your own salsa and shredded cheese to make this ever tastier. For the salsa, just blend two tomatoes, a pepper or two or your choice, and some water. Just blend it till it looks like salsa. Have some diced tomatoes and peppers to add in if you want it chucky.  For the cheese, go to any organic store, buy a block of your fav cheese, and shred it using a metal shredder thing. So fantastic.

For a delicious beverage with this:

Blueberry/strawberry smoothie

Ingreds:

- blueberries
- strawberries
- vanilla icecream
- orange juice
- sugar or honey

I didn't put exact amounts, because its an eyeball thing. There are loads of ways to make a smoothie, here's my way:

Add 2 1/2 - 3 medium-large scoops of ice cream into the blender. Pour orange juice in untill its about 1/2 - 3/4 to the top of the icecream.  Add 2 or so handfulls of blueberries, and an equal amount of strawberries.  Blend it up good. Now, add some a healthy spoonful of sugar or a 2-3 spoonfulls of honey. This is because the blueberries make it super tart sometimes. I usually use honey. Also add 3-4 ice cubes, to keep it cold and add substance.

Hints - if it's too thick, add more juice, too thin, add more icecream/fruit.

Add to all this a tasty bowl or two, 4 friends (to split the cost of things) and mario party. Mmmm.

That actually sounds really good four eyes!!! :hitit:

Here is a really good recipe if you like BBQ!  My very own...

2lbs of Pork Tenderloin
BBQ sauce...your fav...
Garlic powder (optional)

Take the pork out of the package and clean it thoroughly under tap water.  Place the pork and a very large piece of saran wrap, enough that it will wrap around the pork several times.

Stab the pork with a fork a few times on all sides.  Sprinkle some garlic powder if you like and start throwing on about a half of bottle of BBQ sauce.  Making sure you cover the pork in the sauce.  Now wrap up the pork in the saran wrap tightly while not letting air in, and no BBQ sauce out! :oP

Marinade in the refridgerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight if you like.

Grill your pork on med-high for about 35-40 min or until no longer pink in the middle, slice and enjoy!!  Goes great with corn on the cob and fried potatoes and a cold beer! :getstoned:

any variation of the ramen is fairly stoner efficient...  ground beef & ginger, canned veggies & bamboo shoots, cheese and milk instead of water.. yuMM  that one requires a lil more effort but well its definitely well worth it.

i found myself munchin on some wheat thins and spaghetti sauce the other day

ooo ooOo .. you cant forget about canned tuna with salt, pepper, worchesteshire (sp?!) sauce, a drop of liquid smoke, hot sauce, and sliced grapes

damn good topic guys! we need more quick 2 minute recipes!

Simple recipe-open a bottle of Pace hot picante(red lid), put to lips, drink small amounts at a time. For extra flaver and texture, open a bag of Doriros (nacho cheese only) and use as a platform for the sauce. Simple to clean up and tastes good too. Ice cold Dr Pepper is the best drink to offer you friends with my recipe. Enjoy!!

I love this thread, got a good few meal ideas from here so i thought i'd make a bad attempt at adding my own!

Pancakes!

2/3 tbs of self raising flour
An egg
Milk
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon + sugar mix(or replace with some berries)

Mix it all together until it's all smooth without any lumps, then pour that into an oiled pan and you are away!

I know deffinately nowhere near the best recipe in the thread, but 'tis all i have to contribute at the moment, might think of something in the morning. Thanks everyone else for posting your recipes!

Ok i got a true winner here for you guys. This my recipe for the most AMAZING NACHOS youll ever fucking taste:

-1 can of chili
-1/2 lb of Velveeta Cheese ( buy the 1lb brick, save other half)
-1 can of Rotel ( its a mix of diced tomatoes and greenpeppers)

Dump all this into a big ass glass bowl. Stir it up as much as possible with a big spoon. Nuke it for a 4-5 minutes. Stir. Let cool. Then munch it down with tortilla chips or ive even used bread before when I ran outta chips.

It makes a lot so i know you other stoners that like midnight snacks like i do will appreciate the fact that this will supply you for at least a day or two when you need something quick ;D

Great post!!! I printed the Fry Bread Recipe! I'll add one I like.
Variation of TacticalBongRips recipe.

Schwip - I make velveeta bearable by adding quality ingredents and using it as more of 'base'. (Plus a $3.00 2lb Queso Blanco Brick from Kroeger is cheaper than $8.00 2lb decent extra sharp)

Ingredents:
1lb of ground whatever... i'm using elk (tis the season) but ground beef is fine
2lb velveeta type cheese - i use kroeger 'queso blanco' it's basically velveeta w/monterey jack added
1 jar of your favorite salsa - i like the 505 brands

Brown ground meat, don't drain fat, add all ingredents to crockpot stir every 5 mins for 30mins. I'm sure you could speed process with microwave.

Of course you can do all the fun additions you want.

Recipe
In a casserole or baking dish combine:
1 large can of chilli
~2 cups of fritos, broken in fairly large pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar

sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheddar on top, roast for 30 minutes at 375 (deg F) or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Raise the temp to 400 the last ten minutes for some extra cripspyness.

This is an easy snack I created with a little inspiration that requires no cooking.
Mix regular chream cheese with chocolate chip and butterscotch morsels.
Can be eaten with bagels but my favorite is french bread.

I dont believe this is unheard of but after listening to the jack song, banana pancakes I had an uncontrollable urge to make some banana pancakes. Just follow any pancake recipe and add chopped up bananas. I prefer to make mine kinda thick but fluffy, and cook until the outsides are well done, crispy around the edges. I've found you need to make sure your bananas have sweetened, ie the peel has a decent amount of brown spots, or else it can ruin the taste. add copious amounts of butter and enjoy. I prefer no syrup because the bananas already sweeten it enough, but some good maple syrup is always tasty. You can freeze these and reheat them in a microwave or even better a toaster oven or toster.

learn how to cook grains.  the pot makes the subtle natural taste of lentils and mung beans and quinoa really taste good.  add a little salt.  the hardest part is really just timing it so they all are cooked equally.  for a lazy stoner... just put them all in one pan and let them soak.  after a few hours they lentils and mung will have gotten bigger, and now just cook them on a very light boil till the quinoa is see thru.  when you get the hang of it, you can make it so when the water completely boils out, it is ready to eat.  that way you just cook it, put it on a plate, and no need to really clean the pot, just rinse and the "contams" will all be cooked next round.  this costs less than 1 dollar compared to however much you pay for that disgusting velveeta that sticks to the top of your mouth

Here is a easy snack i just made.

Take some ritz crackers and lay them flat on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle some shredded cheese on them.
Bake till cheese is melted.
Take out and put some sour cream and salsa on and enjoy.

If i had some time these would have been good with some ground beef on them.

Hole-in-Ones
Needed: Slice of bread, Egg
How about this one, nothing too special but a classic none the less. This make sound long and confusing but is really, really simple.
--Take a slice of whatever type bread you prefer. Butter up the bread on both sides, or you can butter up the bread in warm pan. Get a small glass (one where the top-open part of the glass is small enough that when put to the bread, a good amount of bread still surrounds the circle of the top of the glass. A shot glass will work.) Take the open-top part of glass and press it against the bread and work it through bread by twisting back and forth with the glass. Now you have a butter piece of bread with a hole in it and the hole piece. Toss both of these in a warm pan. Now this part can varie on how toasted you want your bread and egg. But I like to heat up the bread just a little bit, then toss your raw egg into the hole in the bread. Let cook until egg is until you like it(keep in mind you will be fliping the bread over to cook the other side). Then flip the bread, I let the other side cook for no more than a minute, because I like my yolk runny over the bread. Thats it, good 2 go. A hole in one, put on plate and enjoy, you can use the circle piece to dip in your egg assuming you didn't cook it to a solid.

From recipezaar.com:

Uncle Bill's Microwave Potato Chips Recipe #47195
These potato chips are very easy to make in the microwave. Also, they are healthier for you as they are not cooked in any oils. This method has intrigued so many people that have tasted them and then made them for themselves. The younger people just love them.
by William (Uncle Bill) Anatooskin
4
servings
time to make 22 min 15 min prep
4 medium potatoes (russet, yellow gold, or red potatoes)
your choice spices or herbs (granulated garlic powder, seasoning salt, cayenne pepper, dried dill weed)
olive oil, for microwave tray, plate

1. If potatoes are old, peel and slice thin, 1/16" in thickness, slicing across the potato.
2. If the potatoes are new or good skins, DO NOT PEEL, just scrub well, then slice them 1/16" in thickness, slicing across the potato.
3. Sprinkle with your choice of spices or herbs or just leave them plain.
4. If you have a microwave bacon tray, place the sliced potatoes flat on the tray in a single layer.
5. Cover with a microwaveable, round heavy plastic cover.
6. Microwave on HIGH (full power) for 7 to 8 minutes.
7. Cooking time could vary slightly, depending on the wattage of your microwave.
8. You do not have to turn the sliced potatoes over.
9. If you do not have a bacon tray, use a microwave safe casserole dish.
10. Rub the inside of the dish with some olive oil for the first batch of potato chips.
11. I do not know why, but I find that if you do not rub oil the first time, some chips will tend to stick to the dish.
12. After the first batch is done, you do not have to rub the dish again.
13. Continue to microwave the remainder of sliced potatoes as noted above.
14. NOTE: You can also use PARCHMENT PAPER to place your potato slices. Place your potato slices, then sprinkle them with whatever you like and then place another piece of parchment paper on top. This will help microwave the potatoes more evenly and they should turn out nice and crisp.
15. ADDITIONAL IDEAS, suggested by Deb K:.
16. Granulated garlic powder with parsley.
17. Cracked black pepper, grated parmesan and sea salt sprinkled after removing from microwave.
18. Another, after removing chips from microwave, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese, zap for a few seconds to melt the cheese, then add a dab of sour cream.
19. A great dip is Robert Rothschild Farm Dips:.
20. Emerald Isle Onion Dill and Horseradsih Dip.
