SPICY TUNA SANDWICH
1 can of tuna Mayonnaise Sweet relish from the jar Celery salt Salt and pepper Tobasco or any other hot sauce Bread, white is awesome so are hamburger buns
Over a sink, open the tuna can so a piece of the metal is opened. Press the metal top into the tuna and drain it as good as you can, press hard. Put the tuna in a bowl and kind of shred it with a fork, it makes it easier to mix with mayo. Add enough mayo so its creamy or to your preference. Add a small pinch of salt, small pinch of pepper, and a dash of celery salt. I love relish and the sweet crunch of it so I put a full spoon into. Then kick it up with some Tobasco or any hot sauce you have, doesnt have to be hot just tastes good. Stir everything together and add it to the bread. Wash down with milk

It's a really good alternative to just plain scrambled eggs.
Very good

If you guys have the will to make People Chow before hand then it's amazing stoner food. Just don't eat it with dark clothes on.
1 (12 oz.) box Crispix cereal 1 stick butter 1 c. peanut butter 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 2 to 3 c. powdered sugar
Microwave on HIGH the butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and stir until the cereal is thoroughly covered. Pour the coated cereal in a paper sack with the powdered sugar and shake until it is covered with the sugar. Pour this onto wax paper to cool and dry. Seal in plastic containers and may be stored in the refrigerator until time to serve.
Serves size: 1/2 cup.
Makes 16 cups.

Acinaxuz, I've been thinking about creating that monster of a sandwhich for a few days now I'd love to keep it as one big sandwhich though, mmmmmm. Toss a bunch of lettuce and tomatoes on there. Oh yeah.
Anywho, I made a killer PB & J yesterday. Took a normal pb and j, added honey and sliced bananas. Then all you do is pan fry it to get everything nice and melted.

it's crazy good as a sandwich, though, I'm not sure how the lettuce and tomato will go. I've never tried it, but the roast red peppers lend to the tomato texture. I say try it... if its yummy, let me know, I'll get down on that shit too! ...Speaking of, I need to go to the grocery store to snag some roast beef.

Another good recipie for tuna is:
Take some duck sauce some Soy Sauce and some sesame seeds, mix it all with the tuna! or sub wasabi for duck sauce for a hotter version

Haven't updated in a while
heres one I've been making for the past 2 weeks almost
EASY CHEESY QUESADILLAS 2 tortillas shredded mexican cheese, Kraft works great pre-cooked chicken, Perdue or any of that cheap shit condiments: salsa, sour cream, guacamole, hot sauce
Just like at taco bell, that special tortilla thing with the cheese in between. Start off by taking one tortilla and pouring a bunch of cheese on it. Spread the cheese out. Put the other tortilla over it and microwave this for 15-20 seconds. Put a large pan on the stove and let it get hot with some butter on it. Microwave the chicken for 15-20 seconds too, make sure its chopped first. Put the tortillas on the pan and add a shitload of more cheese to it then the chicken. Let this sit for a little bit, keep checking on the color of the tortilla with a fork. Once it starts getting gold, you can fold it in half. I always add a little more cheese before I fold it, just so it sticks. Let it sit on one side for a minute or two, then flip it. You'll know when its done.
Add condiments:
enjoy

If you're bold and brave of heart, then I recommend you try using pure maple syrup on your quesadillas at least once instead of salsa. Both are good, but maple syrup is a totally different experience. Sticky, sweet and delicious.

Take the mashed potatos, but it in a big bowl...toss the ground beef on top. Finish it off by putting grilled oninons on top of that and top that shit with melted cheese.
For more of a kick, add the chicken flavouring packet to the mashed potatos first. Mmmm.
