if i tirp on dmt can i trip on mescaline the next day?

Although I've never taken either of those I can't really tell you. However I do know that DMT is released by your pineal gland every night when you achieve REM sleep. So my educated guess would be that there is no cross tolerance!

No it doesnt exist. Mescaline, MDA and MDMA are part of one type of psychedelics, and LSD, mushrooms and DMT are part of another ( i cant remember the names of the two families ).
However, studies on lab rats showed that injecting DMT once every hour for two weeks will have a cross tolerance on LSD.

they are rare on the street but both can be easily made with either certain legal cactus (mescaline) or certain bark, root bark and leaves of certain legal plants (DMT) and household/hardware store chemicals.

these extractions result in a very pure product, but use alot of material, and are pretty time consuming for fairly low yeilds, which is why you dont see these drugs on the street. both can also be synthesized and that route has MUCH better yeilds, and generally better purity but it requires an experienced chemist and a lab.

and the answer to the original question, I would assume you can trip on DMT WHILE tripping on mescaline.

I know for a fact that you can trip on DMT while triping on mushrooms. and mushrooms and DMT are much more closely related than mescaline and DMT. Psilocybin/psilocin and DMT are both tryptamines and almost indentical molecules, with a slight difference that makes psilocybin/psilocin orally active without an MAOI.

mescaline is a phenethylamine. different family of drugs.
