hey, nice pics! I'm missing the summer, Chile have so beautiful places, and this year i was all my summer in the cold Europe... now its raining, I'm getting sad

Don't be sad, you say the rain is already starting?...that's what brings the mushrooms...be happy  ....You're season is just beginning down there....

jajajaja... ok... but wen it start raining, it really rains... here we have like 1100CC each year, and walking each day under the rain, for one month, is not SO fun...

Yes, but even tho it rains that much, it is the start of your mushroom season....Endless rains like that happen here too in California and Washington, USA
But November - March, your summer is our winter, and your winter is our summer
I have never seen anybody that far south post here before. I hope you can take some photos of anything you find....You're not exactly at the infamous Cape Horn, but pretty close > map

Again, you are very far south of the equator, homusubi , and your mushroom season is just starting. I do know enough to know that most of the time, the west coast of the ENTIRE Americas is fairly consistent, with the exception of El Nino and La Nina, and except for the desert areas of Chile, of course.
Just so you know, homusubi , your winter is just beginning and the mushroom season...If you can take photos and send them here of anything you find, it will be very greatly appreciated.
Anything from South America is so rare right now, you might even get your own web page..
Most of us know mushrooms occur in great abundance in South America......It just has not been documented yet :

jajaj... I'm not SO close to Cabo de Hornos, has u think...
oki, i will buy some battery for the cam, and if i find a mushroom i will post it...
some lucky friend, got a field of 10x3m of Amanita in hes country house... hate hem =P
other friend got a little visitor under hes plant, but i already post it... anyway, here it goes again

You are having a great season there this year.
I don't know what's up with the morels out here. Having one of the worst years in a while. Went to my patches from previous seasons, where last year there were enough morels to where I could have picked a like time supply. I should have, because this year, I'm only finding a few here and there! I might need to give it more time.
