That's different. He cut of your blood supply to the brain rather than your direct oxygen supply to the lungs which would cause you to choke out violently.
When the blood supply is cut off to the brain via the neck it's probably the easiest and fastest way to go next to Carbon Monoxide (CO) inhalation, considering the person blacking you out keeps holding on - or you might come to with brain damage due to an oxygen starved brain and end up a retard.

i think drug overdose is the best way ... Tylenol and what else needed for drug overdose ... anyone tell me the name of drugs that don't need prescription and can do the job done ? Tylenol , some sleeping pills and what else needed ?

if you take wrong drugs you wake up all messed up extremely in pain like you said its takes weeks i don't want that ... that's why i asking good drugs that can do the job fast ... jump off a cliff  nah i don't have courage to jump off cliff and stuff like that .. i want clean peaceful way
