Alright I will give as much as I can tell. In the past month or 2 I have had a few orders get received by the homeowner who did not order anything. But there child do who was under the age of 18 did.(paid via paypal or MO and agreed to the over 18 agreement on the site) So these parents decide to contact the local police department and track the packages and see what they are. Next thing you know I am being contacted by the DEA wanting to know what I have been trafficking. Because of immature purchasers everything has gone down hill. I have basically been forced to close up shop just to get the damn DEA away from me and everything the shroomery is about. I would and never have given out customer information as that is ILLEGAL. I did this as a hobby, but its so out of control Im calling it for good. The amount of puppets on this site should be a pretty good indication of where this hobby is heading. Thanks for everybody's business in the past.
If you do NOT receive your last order by Monday 11/14, please contact me at SP0RESDIRECT@YAHOO.COM with your name and address and I will get whatever is left out sent out. Again im not ingoring anybody, im just so fustrated by what has come of this.

Alot of people have asked me over the years...
Why don't you become a Spore Vendor, Road?
This is one of many reasons why I would never consider doing it...
I don't want the DEA or any government agency coming to my door and asking me questions!~

I've always wondered how you guys deal with this. Sorry to hear about it, and for being a dick in posts.
Surely this has happened to some of these guys who have been around for 5+ years. What does one do besides close up?

Sorry to hear that you got pinched man, it's something that affects us all as a community, the fear involved when you get "that knock on the door" is something that I cannot even imagine going through.
However, why did it take you so long to let the forum and your customers know that? Would you have originally said that it was a matter of the law breathing down your neck, I'm sure that you would have had a much more understanding reception.
Good luck to you in the future though, at least your trying to make it right now, when it would probably be easier to just walk away.

who would really want to post on a public forum about having to shut down thier buisness or being hassled by the feds without a reason?

They've got a bunch of upset customers here. Why wouldn't they post it? I can understand freaking out first, taking care of whatever needs to be taken care of. But once he was posting again it still wasn't clear. Whos going to find out from posting here? The feds?
I'm not saying there isn't a plenty good reason. I just can't see it. Anyone?

Frankly, I didnt think there were that many "outstanding" orders. From my standpoint I thought I had pmed everybody that had a problem. Trust me ive been in the game long enough to know you take care of those who have taken care of you

I'm sure there are lawyers out there that could help you. I can't believe the feds came down on you for legal spores. Damn kids!
If you are under 18, you shouldn't be ordering spores from websites that forbid it!
If I were concerned about someone in my house opening my mail, I'd just get a PO Box. I believe it costs less than $10 to rent a box from the post office for 6 months and you don't even need to be 18 to get one. No worries!

I was close by saying he may have gotten pinched but PF had a PO box and they got him. How did they get your phone #? Did you settle up with the other spore comp. that sent orders for you? Did you get your spores offsite and if so then why shut it down isn't everything legit?

The people causing trouble in this forum lately have been the same kid, over and over again. Hehe... the second or third time he was banned, Roadkill pointed out the extreme obvious connections between the puppets. It was grand.
Once someone makes themselves look like a puppet, an IP check usually solves the problem, few of them are smart enough to get around it. On another note, it wouldn't matter if this guy were really 4 different people. Each one of them deserved a ban, aside from the ban evasion.
Kid had a real temper problem. His spores could very well have been found by his parents. And I'll place my bank account as a wager in the bet that he lives with them.

The whole situation is really sad bunny, I followed this board for a long time before I ever registered and lately it's been like that, stupid kids creating puppet after puppet after puppet...
The latest prick...(I think we all know who I'm talking about)...had to be the worst ever...
And I can't believe that people are being hassled over fucking spores, especially with all the care taken to explain to folks that they are only for microscopic viewing...I mean is it legal to view spores or not?
There should be no grey area for interpretation by your Feds, IMO.
I don't mean to be insulting to anyone, but I am SO happy to NOT be living under the "democ-tatorship" that is currently ruining America right now.
I don't know how some of you stay sometimes... 
This is of course assuming that most members on this board are American...
