eating before dosing can help minimize the upset stomach from shrooms. A little snack or something is all you want. water, fruit and juice after the effects start will give you some fluids and sugar to get some energy.
An eighth is plenty of a dose, less will be fun. More is definitely an experience, but not always as fun as a low dose.
