I've been using the information I gather from the light emisions of the hands, and the body's aura in Massage treatments for 35 years.
Russian studies showed that some people can determine the color of objects simply by touching them while they were blindfolded. I found that I could do that myself years ago, after reading about it & trying it.

No, not warmth is meant, organic cells tend to emit impulses of coherent light (like lasers).
Scientists see it as a kind of very fast information-system of an organism (oops, wrong forum)...
Aeh, spiritist see a connection to our life-energy Chi and the healing abilities of our hands (as it seems to concentrate there).
All in all there is no contradiction and could be another step in scientifically understanding 'spiritual' phenomenas and sage wisdom.
