Those things are good for keg stands and tripping taking a huge N20 hit then flipping upside down.

Goobler grew 2 inches in four months using the exact same table. I saw a guy on the internet who grew 2 inches in 2 months by holding weights while he hung inverted.

My 65-70 year old grand mother uses one of those to prevent against shrinking she's been using one for decades and I think she has definately gotten many positive results.

Not for a couple hours for like 30-45 mins but slowly working your way up from like 10 mins. It mostly helps with back problems. Back aches and such. I don't know if it can really make you taller. It works by decompressing your spine. All your vertebrate seperate as a result of bieng hung upside down.

interesting.

I suffered from lower back trouble for years (sometimes the pain was so intense I couldnt bend over or sleep well).

I started doing yoga and the pain went away within 2 weeks of regular yoga classes (5x a week). I guess it works the same way - just stretching out or decompressing your spine.

I just read that astronauts tend to be 3 inches or so taller from the lack of gravity pulling their spine down - but when they come back to Earth, they "shrink."

Hmmm - I'm going to read more about inversion tables - might be good for my lower back.

During the day the spine compresses about 1/4" from walking and standing and stuff.. and it extends back out when you sleep

I should start a "RandalFlagg self-improvement" thread. I am working out so I hope to gain some more muscle on my body. I am doing the inversion table thing so I hope to get a couple inches taller. And, I am thinking about doing some penis enlargement exercises to make my willy a little bigger.

In four months or so, a new and improved Randal will re-enter society and leave it quaking with his superior statistics.

Yeah, look up "jelqing" on the internet.  It usually makes you 2 inches longer and much thicker if you are religious with your exercises.

My head felt like it was going to explode when I did full vertical hanging. I need to get used to it. The video said "DO NOT hold weights while hanging". I think I might to speed up the anti-munchkin process.
