Found a nice one on my lawn about 6 inches tall almost all white, thick stem. BUT it had the coolest pink gills iv'e seen on a mushroom. It smelled really good too. Found it in my Front Lawn(Texas). Oh and it had a white viel. Was it edible? Just curious. Holla bAck Girl..jk

We need to know what color the spore print is. Pink gills could be a possibly edible Agaricus (some Agaricus species are poisonous) or it could be a pink spored mushroom, most of which are poisonous. The presence of a veil (ring) on the stem suggests it's more likely that it's an Agaricus.
