after he said "You mean I can't reregister"? I was waitin' for somebody to say:
"Not without changing I.P. addresses, picking a different unique password, and registering with a different email address, that way you can completely duck the puppet check."
But he just said some shit about:
"No, you're in a "permabanned" status."
It's funny that they think that they can permaban "you", when they don't even know who "we" are.

You have to pay if you want to register at the SA forums. So in addition to what you wrote, you will also have to pay the registration fee under a different name.

I think everyone has had their oppertunity to speak their mind here.
The administration supports this ban, we feel this user has a history of intentionally disregarding rules and has been banned in the past.
We ban people on a basis of 1st offence, very short ban, 2nd offence short ban, 3rd offense long ban, 4th offense longer ban 
As a rough guide mind you, we have more unique situations often than not.
