I would have posted this is cultivation, but anyways: You're not going to get consistent answers for mycobag yield, each person encounters variations you can't predict or be ready for. Expect as little as zero grams, and as much as 1 ounce dry.. Just try it and find out. What do you have to lose?

It's all going to depend on what you do with the grain once it's colonized. If you spawn it to some poo/straw then you might get up to 4oz dry. If you just case it then you might be looking at 1oz or less. I had a mycobag like that my first time growing and got about half an ounce just casing it with verm. Here are some pics of a corn bag I made. The bag has about 4 pounds of corn in it. I have 3 just like this colonizing at the moment and hope to yeild a couple ounces each.
