By clean them up I mean remove the watermark at the bottom, shrink them down to 100x100 max, and make the background transparent.

Also make sure your proposed graemlins are good on all backgrounds (check black, white, and 50% grey), in gif format, and that the edges between the image and the transparent part are clean. That last part is what takes the most time and if you do it instead of making me do it then there's a much higher chance that you're non-reaction graemlin will be posted, but that advice also applies to reaction graemlins too.

I'm not in charge of it as all staff members have the ability to add graemlins., but I seem to be one of the few moderators interested in this thread and/or adding graemlins.
