My buddy made some PF cakes and made his syringe up only 1/2 hour before innoculating his cakes. How important is it to rehydreate your spores first (3-4hr) I've heard this reccomendation before, but how important is it? Will he fail because of this?

Same here with AFOAF, he never even new the recommendation was to wait that long. We thought it was just 5 mins or so to rehydrate.
IMO, there won't even be a difference.
