I just completed the quest of clearing the museum.
How can i start a nice settlement in a nice area???
And what is a settlement in the first place??

If you return to Sanctuary and talk to Preston he will start giving you missions to go unlock new settlement areas.
Sturges, also in Sanctuary, has a short questline that explains how to set up a settlement and what it generally is.

Man i wish i could upload ps4 screenshots here. I literally have a million dollar screenshot that i doubt many have seen.(actually with mods its probly been seen plenty. )

I got a trees have leaves mod. Changes the vibe pretty drastically. They do look kinda blocky here and there, tho.

Can't upload from ps4, but i tell you this the institute are sick bastards, i found 3 dead kittens there and plan to have piper write all about it. Also the mystery man has the bushiest stache ever.

(not my screenie, taken from the Fallout wiki)
Meet him in the museum before using the power armour, then he heads back to Sanctuary afterward.
After talking to Preston in Sanctuary the first time (or possibly doing Prestons first settlement quest, cannot remember 100% offhand) Preston will mention to talk to Sturges.
Sturges, at that point, starts making requests for you to build things -- his requests serve as the basic tutorial for Settlement building.

I read stuff respawns after 30 days now like Skyrim? Is that true? I can revisit places later on where I know had good ammo caches?
I think the respawn timer is roughly 7 game days? I do know that some stuff does respawn as I've revisited places I had been before and had most of the stuff lootable again, but not everything. I think different item types also have different respawn rules. junk seems to respawn the fastest and most often, ammo in chests and storage next and some stuff seems to never respawn.

You can body slam people, even. It happens sometimes when I gun bash people, but I honestly can't figure out the exact right moment to do it. It just happens sometimes when I bash.
It seems to happen the most for me when I knock down or stagger someone then power attack (with melee weapon or bare hands) or bash (same button but gun equipped)
I've seen valentine do it once but that was it. It seems to be more common with NPC's that use melee weapons or pistols. I think with a rifle it just never happens or cant happen?
