 Got an AA+ print on the way, which will be started on agar(will be my first agar adventure) so  on the timing of this thread

thanks. did my first pf tek in 1996. multispore, open air inoculation. 100% success. no myths, legends, or fairytales about risky business here. also in all the tubs in this thread, im using set and forget style fruiting. with medium polyfil and either a ceiling fan pushing air. or a small fan in a closet setup pushing air. i also never water anything until after 1st flush. i put all the ingredients in the tub. and let it be. open and harvest other than pictures.
no poly was dialed in on these grows. just all medium in all holes. higher airflow with a fan.

yes and you should definitely try APE. they are out of this world looking. i can stare at those all day.

I also just ordered a print of AA+, so excited I've never grown this.
So reading around I see some stuff about mixed potency and wondered if you guys have experienced this from MS or just isolates?

What do you mean by mixed potency? Potency varies from grow to grow for sure. I've eaten my own AA+ many times and didn't notice much difference from other normal cubes.

I have had potency issues with this more than other cubes . But its luck of the draw really, the best clone I had yeild wise was the worst potency wise  that was a bummer. Lesson learned, always test your clones and isolates potency before getting to excited.
But they have the same potential for banging potency as any other cube. And a tendency to grow tall and clusters!

A strain looks quite nice to me. Seems like it prefers to put out some real large beauties. Reminds me of photos I've seen of South American cubes. Definitely a much more beautiful mushroom than AA+ IMO.

I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent.
Triggered yet?

Hey eat I have to agree with you about the medium poly. I grew for a year or 2 using that method and those grows blew my recent ones away. Bottom tight top light isn't something I heard until I came back. I had medium poly with a little fan on for 30 min every 2 hours and that shit rocked.

Yeah I had wondered if from MS it could be low also sometimes, where as I had seen people had more issues when isolating this var.
