yeah, milk chocolate just has milk or cream in it im pretty sure. I don't know what else might be involved though, I don't really fuck with milk.

nice looking chocolates. also i had no idea that cocoa butter was white. thought it would be dark like the final product.

Have you checked out craft stores for molds, they usually have several different types.
I bought all my molds at Michaels craft store. This thread is awesome, am going to try this soon, but probably look online for some really cool molds you don't see everywhere.

A little pinch of salt in the recipe would do you wonders. It'd open up all the flavors of the cacao. Not enough to be salty, just a little bit.

Yeah, I've since added salt. this was the first run and I'm still not sure how I missed it honestly
The only major changes I've made since the OP is the addition of some sea salt, a little more sweetener usually (agave works better than honey cause the honey wasn't mixing well), and I keep it in the freezer longer cause the core of the chocolate wasn't freezing completely and making it difficult to pull from the molds.
