Well, it's all going down next election cycle in the fall of 2016, so there will likely be several states to legalize. I'd say that California, Arizona, Maine, Massachusetts, and Nevada are all likely candidates. Ohio is certainly a possibility, and I think they gathered enough signatures to get an initiative on the ballot, although I think that its chances are a bit less likely. Since 2016 is a presidential cycle, voter turnout will be higher than usual, and thus many of the initiatives will have a greater chance of succeeding.

Full legalization? California, Nevada, Maine, Ohio are all possibilities.
Just about any state is a contender for MMJ or decrim.

thats awesome! "In addition to legalizing use for everyone over 21, they want to allow individuals to grow up to 12 plants personally." Michigan does a great job! look forward to it!

The problem with the next state to legalize is that a lot of people who would have voted 'yes' have already moved to states that have legalized already.
Lots of trustafarians and others have moved to the now legal states, thus their home-states have less 'yes' votes to legalize cannabis. Too many people have flocked to CO, WA, and the newer legal states, instead of fighting the fight where they live.
