Like I said man for me it is more a mental thing. If I can keep forcing myself to eat like a god damn cow and get in 340g of protein then its just another feet i was able to achieve.

Currently using black caapi bark, psychotria viridis leaves and cubensis. If I don't add the psychotria leaf I don't vomit - but the tea from those is a sure purge. Feels great honestly. Also customs seems to care way less about these than mhrb it seems.
Brewing that much plant matter can be a pain especially if you do a big batch at once. When I run out of caapi I am trying syrian rue seeds - a lot less volume to mess with and probably just shrooms for the dmt source. Kind of want to get some cheap 5-meo-dmt to add to the maoi eventually... I can get some but not cheap :P
Went to the park today, hissed at some geese. Sun was out. Pullups off a tree branch is fun. Still doing the pushups. Did a walk up the wall to keep working at my goal of hand stand pushups and then did some balancing on my head and hands.
Going for a run tonight.
I heard some figure like 1 gram protein per 1 kg of lean body mass was how much protein a body builder should eat.
3 day split twice a week sounds fun - that was me till recently . Made me feel good.

Damn I thought I was going heavy at 320 a day at 6'1" 210 lbs... eating like a fucking monster
Bout to try catfish for the first time. Did back and bi's today. Got 50's for the hammer curls so I was pretty happy about that.
Okay, idk what my moms beef with catfish is she lied to me my whole life this shit isn't bad at all.

I'm still sore from my workout on Wednesday.
I think something that is often overlooked is sleep.
I struggle with sleep. I have most of my life. I have tried everything under the sun except prescription sleeping pills.
I toss and turn and rarely get a good nights sleep. My brain is on fire and racing 24/7
On average, I get 3 to 4 hours a night if I'm lucky.
I think I'd be getting even better results if I was getting 8 hours of sleep a night consistently. I also think it would help me have more stamina on days I train
I have been battling this for 15 years. I'm at the point where I think the pros of prescription medication outweigh the cons

I'll give that a shot
Because I've exhausted nearly every option, that's why I'm beginning to think the pros outweigh the cons of prescription sleep medicine

Yeah 3-4 hours is not enough even for sedentary people. Get your vitamin D levels checked. I used to have insomnia when I was like 14-16 because i was severely deficient in D levels. Now i sleep like a baby. You could also try not being on the computer, phone, ipad/ipod, TV a few hours before bed because the blue light from these electronics halts melatonin production in the brain.

Well I do live in northern Canada so you might be on track with vitamin d deficiency. Though u do take 1500 a day in supplement form
Good idea on cutting out electronics before bed. Never tried that

1500 isnt enough. adults shoudl be at 5,000 iu a day, minimum. I take 10,000 during winter when theres no sun out. i read youre supposed to take 1000iu for every 25 pounds of bodyweight, but not exceeding 10,000iu
but try the no electronic thing. I do that and also when its time to go to bed, have my room so dark theres no different between close and open eye visuals. fall asleep within like 10-15 minutes now

Yeah from the stuff I've read, it's 4000 for adults. I supplement 1500 and Id say it's safe to say I get the rest through the sunshine I do get, eggs and the vitamin d added to our milk as per our governments regulations

Got 315 for 4 reps today was very happy but felt like passing out after. Was all jacked up on hash and pre workout. Made it easy to just zone out on my body movements to the rythm of the music.Just fucking zonked out now. Suppose to chill with this girl later cute as fuck and down to earth, but i want to smoke a bowl and pass out fucking trials and tribulations of my life wtf is life
Masked have you ever gone to get blood work done hormone wise? I know too little or too much even of a hormone can fuck with your cycle completely sleep wise.

No I havent. The one time I saw my doctor in ten years she gave me paperwork to go get a bunch of blood work done. She especially was interested in testing my thyroid
I never ended up going. I should probably revisit the doctor and think about getting it done. I know it seems silly. I guess I'm scared of them finding something wrong. Ignorance is bliss kind of thing I guess

Better to find out who knows you may even get something nifty out of it. If done right by a Dr there is zero wrong with hormone therapy. I would go get blood work done just to get an idea. Especially if she was curious about your thyroid

I bought a good pair of swimming goggles today. I am going to swim MWF and do push pull legs split Tuesday THursday Saturday. So serious about swimming

Swimming is awesome low impact, full body workout. When I was a heavier guy in highschool I swam for 5 days a week for a year and dropped around 85lb's. Could see my abs for the first time in my life haha.

Shoulders and back today. Got 60's up on shoulder press on free weights and 25s for laterals. Tm is swimming i legit just counted protein intake and ate 185g of protein alone for dinner haahaha. Gotta get ready for tm's swim gonna be a good one
