Hi good intentions not a gamer on pc anymore but this Alienware 14 i paid 1500 its a gaming PC my issue is settings that are not condusive to my issue here. Decluttering the house i'e had pc plugged in all night and the battery is only half chaged it wont take a full charge also the batter is terrible and dies from this half way point in 20 minutes. The pc cant use the keyboard and then the trackpad together thier is a delay from one to the other of about 2 seconds which over the course of a day really adds up to a great frustration so problem being delay from trackpad to keyboard and visa-versa battery not taking full charge. someone have a clue where i can look to repair this?
PS the chaga tea was the bees knees aswell i've started many ingame discussions about this and to no avail attention goes to the fact of how much i wasted. truth is my keyboard lights up and it was worth the money for just that. thanks guys for reading my forum post

Do you experience these issues when using a linux live cd/dvd/usb? If so then you have hardware issues, if its software just reinstalling windows or even installing a different os will fix it.

The linux live CD is a good thing to test out. Also might want to look into doing a complete factory restore on it. Maybe you just hosed the shit out of your OS with porn spyware and other such nonsense as most people who dont know how to fix problems on their PC are also the people that tend to get tricked into getting spyware or adware and other malicious stuff.
I say that not to be insulting just because its the way things are. The people who are not nerdy/techie types are exactly who the people who write that evil software target.
Your laptop should have some form of recovery partition or CD/DVD it came with so you can completely wipe and reinstall it to factory state. If you do this you lose all the data on it but it rules out any software possibilities being the culprit. If you still have hardware issues at that point then you know its hardware related for sure and need to get it properly repaired by someone from alienware/dell (it is dell that owns them now right?) or take it to a certified shop.
