Why not. They don't even care if u get caught with it since it's legal in CO they just take it away and send u on ur way....unless it was some massive amount or something .

U can always just claim u forgot it was on you or in your bag

And they can always say ignorance isn't an exception to the law. They can do whatever they want man. I wouldn't risk it.
