Habitat: cow dung that was cover by straw.
Gills: brown attached and where it attaches to the stem look like veins are running down the stem
Stem: brown or red ish with white at base fibrils
Cap: move about the size of a quarter. A couple shades of brown in rings.
Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.
Spore print color: In the works there are a few smeller caps that are BLACK from what looks to be spores. Hope in for jet black prints
Bruising: didn't see to much other then stem getting darker when I pinched it
Other information: most have been in the sun an it's been dry for a while now. The darker brown ones were just under a layer of straw.

Art is right on, as per usual. Hypholoma or Agrocybe I think.

My first thought was Agrocybe but I wasn't sure if that genus had the crazy basal mycelium or not!

OK cool but I was just wondering what is the give away that leads you to believe that. Also if the print is brown then it definitely isn't pan cinct right? I thought that the gills that are attached to the stem an has a vain that fellow it down an black prints are a tell sign of pan cint. Also I an still a noon big time an not trying to disagree just want to know what you experts are seeing that I am missing so I can better my identification skills

Cap color is wrong and the gills are wrong, is what jumped out at me...
The gills of these mushrooms are black or grey and have a spotty, speckled or cloudy appearance, caused by the way that the dark spores ripen together in tiny patches on the gill surface; different patches darken at different times. The spores are smooth. ~ http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panaeolus

Mottled gills is the easiest indicator to remember, all pans have them

Maybe you're focusing too much on small details not looking at the mushroom as a whole. If you look at a picture of P. cinct you should be able to distinguish the two right off the bat, no special skills required.
