I mean....11 kids were hospitalized after taking it. But I agree this seems weird. It would make more sense if the kids were selling hardcore drugs or bathsalts as "molly", but the article makes it seem like it was actually MDMA (plus one other relatively benign chemical).

What the fuck is AB Fubinaca anyway? Synthetic cannabinoid mixed with molly? Sounds fishy to me.

I still don't see why it's a federal case.  They should be using their resources on more important things then nabbing street dealers who got bad shit.

Officials said Friday that drugs confiscated during the investigation were tested in a laboratory, and did not contain MDMA but did contain AB Fubinaca, a synthetic cannabinoid commonly known as "Spice" or K2.

What the fuck. That's weird. And stupid.  Who the hell would sell caps of that to their friends as Mdma?

Maybe as THC if anything lol! This just doesn't make sense. Who snorts 50mg of Ab Fubinaca? I hear that orally it's active at just a few milligrams
