MO helps a lot of the time. This last set I ID'd but only because they were species I have seen in the past on MO (Simocybe specifically).
I still get stuff wrong fairly often.

Yes, that is the name for west coast Matsutake, I don't think magnivelare applies here.

I knew the asian species was different, but I was unaware that any Tricholoma other than magnivelare are called matsutake here.
