I can tell they look dry cause, they look dry  the universal veil remains lool really dry and the cakes appear to be yellowing and bluing in spots, I can also see some pins look like they are aborting. Big pinset like that needs lots of water and they are not getting it. Some of the pins are starting to split. Dry.

First get rid of the fan,  I guarantee its drying things out. Next you want to sit the cakes in saucers of water for 12 hours. This might be hard to do in a cramped makeshift FC. Third mist more than you are. Try and note hoe long it takes for tge cakes to look dry again after you mist.

Not bad but could have been better. The size of the fruits and number of half aborted ones say they needed more water. They definitely look dry. When i was first growing I was impressed easy too. Good job nonetheless, ya got some food and that always counts for something

Just to be clear I'm on your side. The shrug was more like "I guess he's content."

That SGFC is cramped and that CPU fan is drying it out. You can also see lack of FAE, myc crawling up the base.

He got good fruiting genetics though. This cake would have blown up in an SGFC.

Check the cake in my sig. Loved cake grows, been thinking of trying for fun again. Double stack the cakes and pile verm on top of each cake, pour water into verm pile 3-4 times a day. Never an abort. FTW

Seems to be on your end taygo, I can see his sig perfectly fine.

I'd like to eventually get a really really good isolate to make a few cakes. I imagine with the right genetics you can get cakes that blow peoples minds .
