I'm glad the officer was found innocent. But what these protestors are doing is fucking disgraceful, if they truly cared about their community they wouldn't be burning it to the damn ground! "I shall liberate this 80" TV for Michael Brown!"

It's only the people from Ferguson. There have been peaceful protest all over the country and I am sure it will continue well into the week.

Oh shit I retract my statement then.
I was trailing the protest here in LA last night and it was pretty peaceful.
I understand the people want "justice" but thrashing your own city is not the route to take.

Seattle could be fairly localized as well, they are the holy mecca of crazy liberal madness 
People don't want justice they want revenge. Which is so sad, they are doing the antithesis of what needs to be done if they want to be taken seriously.
Though if the media hadn't gotten ahold of this then it would have been a fairly cut and dry case. They released the case evidence and some of the testimony is fucking appalling.
"So, although you told the investigators this is what you saw even though you only heard it from someone, you don't feel you lied?"
"Nope."
"And what did you actually see."
"I saw Michael Brown on his knees begging for his life as the office stood over him from behind and put a bullet in his head from point blank range."
"And, given that the forensic evidence tells us otherwise, there's nothing about that testimony you would like to change?"
"Nope. Maybe the forensic evidence just saw it from a different perspective than I did."

the first headline i read today was how some university police officer was wounded in an unrelated incident
i also heard a lady was shot and died later at the hospital, but no news report

I'd like to introduce you to this concept of context. I was talking about very specific behavior, looking and property destruction, then called all those affiliated with said behavior thugs. Now if you'd like to continuing playing the race bait card and accuse me of racism go ahead. But its fairly clear who i was referencing, especially now that this back and forth has taken place.

You said it was obvious you were being specific, when you did no such thing, and actually went out of your way to generalize ("they're ALL thugs"). If you don't want to be seen as generalizing, don't generalize.
