Thanks you for your response! Here are some pics of one of the cake I am most worried about. It is also doing the best as far as fruiting is concerned. There is some swollen growth on the upper and lower parts of the cake that has a squishy feel to it. (Other cakes are getting this as well)

A proper SGFC shouldn't have condensation on the walls, it isn't doing the job properly then. Moisture on the walls do not keep high humidity, that would be the water evaporating off the perlite's job. Very possible you are just over watering. Only mist when your cakes aren't glistening any longer.

Not ATM, sorry. I had to use my webcam which was not picking it up very well... And my phone has a broken camera on it. I can use my girlfriends phone to post better pics when she gets back from work (In about an hour).
If you look closely, One of the pics shows the swollen growth I was talking about on both the top lip, and bottom by the jar lid I used to place on the perlite.
It is a bright white, and nothing seems to be off about the coloration.
You can probably see the vermiculite by the pins as well....I originally rolled it in vermiculite after the dunk, but sprayed the cake too soon and most of it washed off.

Cool cool, I have been hesitant on how much to spray down the sgfc because of many contradicting views that I have read.
I do not have a hygrometer, as many people said they are just a waste of money. So I was using the evaporation on the walls to measure the moisture content within the sgfc.
I will try cutting back on the spraying a bit to lessen the moisture. Any tips on spraying? Like how long/much should I spray them at one time? And is it okay to spray directly down on the cakes as long as I am about 2 feet above them (to reduce possible bruising or damage to the cake)?

its ok to mist the cakes
your sgfc shouldn't have condensation because fresh air exchange. misting the walls will do nothing for your grow. any moisture evaporating off the walls will exit the holes immediately without having any beneficial effect on the sgfc.
mist them enough to get them wet, but not enough to make them drip
fan heavily for several minutes afterwards to help evaporate the misting off the cake to induce pinning

Thank's a lot man! I appreciate the help. I will just cut back to a light misting three times a day and fan the hell out of it, haha. I'm hoping for a good first flush!
P.S. Should I mist the walls as well? I have read that it should be done....but again, contradicting views.

They are indeed pretty useless. The 90%+ humidity enviroment throws them off, but as long as your SGFC is up to spec, it will be the right humidity, you shouldn't have to worry about it.

those cakes have bacteria they'll likely still fruit, if you can give them sunlight great bright 6500K light is the next best.
click the first link in my signature to find out about how a SGFC works and why you shouldn't worry about the readings on a RH gauge.
