I used to go to this pysical therapy place, where I would use their medicen ball, their weights,  treadmill, and a running in place bike thing they had, and some other stuff.

too hard for my body. sounds good cardio but cant beat yoga in a light during the mornings. body i got aches.

Well AMT is not conductive to a healthy diet. I was expecting something shroomy, it's more like shitty MDMA. I dosed more today,, :lol: . Didn't get up till 4:30, :facepalm:.

man amt is incredibly psychedelic, its like dmt to me.

you have to take like 80mg to have visionary experience, but oh man its great, harsh on the body though.

did triceps today, my usual routine :smile:

I took 6 tabs, about 200mg, still never saw any visuals. I don't get them off shrooms either. I am royally fucked though, i'd buy more but i try and steer clear of stimulants becase they fuck with my diet.

yeah amt is too long of a psychedelic for my to justify taking.

i stick with 4-aco-dmt for this very reason. its ideal for my diet schedule.

Power clean focus day. 225 is now my goal on clean. not 205. I did not expect to fuck what I fucked today.

Saw some dude in the gym today DLing 505 with impeccable form. He wasn’t even that big and probably about 19-20 years old. That shit blew my mind.

Ha I'm only at 185 for my one rep max man but still, when have you ever seen a dude clean 225 thats weak at bench squat and all the other compounds. Never.

Deadlift I really need to work on, my back candy canes like a bitch.

Amazing chest day btw. couple more weeks i expect to be back up to 225 for 5 reps and my dips even increased today to a 50 lb dumbell instead of a 45 lb plate.

I DL 308 for 7 reps. It's the only exercise that worries me now. Sometimes it's fluid, others i can feel the pull on my lower back. It's the transition from stiff leg deads to putting the bar down i struggle with. It feels like something might pop, especially when i get near failure. Straight back stiff leg deads are like medicine. I have a sore lower back a lot, so often that i've got used to working with it. Straight back deads cure it, they don't compare to any stretches.

back day today : deadlifts, pullups, rows

Ended up putting my old pr from before I lost most of my strength onto the bar. That is 365 pounds. I was also 40 pounds heavier back then.
I got up to the bar, positioned and couldn't pull it up after it was a couple inches off the ground.
Refocused, came back, set up better, pulled it up easily.
Felt pretty good. My hands gripped the bar hard and weren't slipping. Back feels fine after - no pains which means i'm probably lifting well for me. Very rewarding day :smile:

Gotta thank The Ant for helping me get the lift :smile:

I need to work on my cleans. I feel when I land, I spread my legs out too wide
like this guy sometimes

My starting foot postion is about hip width, then jump and Bam! my legs spread out like a spider in heat.

I've always been complimented on my form and by a few Olympic coaches to boot. This shit was also drilled into my head by my old coach for HS football. I use to do the leg thing where they spread out a little too far. Lighten the weight and work on foot placement.

I'm still trying to figure out how to teach my buddy to be more explosive but he just doesn't get it.

Its crazy how strong middle easterners are. They tend to look like shit but I’ve seen indians, Pakistanis, Iranians do some crazy stuff.

Squats, stiff leg, stiff back deads, calf raises. Still an exercise short on leg days. My i plan says do lunges but i just can't do them. Worst exercise ever. So leg days are easy days. I do 5 sets of each, i try and do 5 sets of everything now. My plan only calls for 3-4 but i want that extra load to feed.

Can't believe i added 10kg on my SLDL and kept reps up after this weeks debauchery. AMT is good, a toned down MDMA which is desirable in a lot of ways but no good for weight lifting.

Eating these man, full of salt but so good. I have a thing for pickled eggs as well.
