How long has it been since they we're put into fruiting? Also what are the temps( RH and temp ) also fanning/misting schedule? And you said the cakes are bigger than when they were put into fruiting? Explain what you mean by that. The more info the better for proper help

Be patient. I have faith these will bloom. Just keep an eye on the one you dipped in coffee.

They are fine it's only been a week. From experience I'm telling you It can take up to two weeks I had cakes start pinning on day 14 you will see them popping up soon
Fan 5-6 times a day that's fine but only mist maybe 1-2 because you don't want the cakes to stay too moist because one of the main pinning triggers is evaporation of water from the cake. So when you fan you are promoting evaporation but if you mist you are just replacing the water that evaporated so you are just fanning for no reason really does that make sense to you? I mist in the morning wait about 10mins then fan and continue to fan throughout the day and I only mist when they look like they need it ( fanning is for evaporation only not FAE if you have them in a SGFC )

Electronic hygrometers are poo for anything a over 80% humidity. They aren't reliable. Dial in a analog one and your set.

Don't even buy one, period. Focus more on your FAE and fanning after you mist. If you've built your chamber to spec and follow protocol you'll be fine without a hygrometer

What I meant is the electric hygros are great for things like outside and inside home humidity, not for mushroom cultivation. I'm with you. The best gauge is your eyes and just paying attention to your mushrooms needs. but I always have a hygro around for logs and details, etc.
